Early Check-in/Player Meeting
Eary Check-in will be at Newman Tennis Center from 6-7 PM on Wednesday evening. Mandatory Player Meeting Wednesday Feb. 16 at 7 PM. Courts will be available for practice until 9 PM.

Tournament Dinner
Thursday evening after Play has finnished. Each player will receive two tickets for dinner. Additional dinner tickets are $10 each.

Alternate List / Withdraws
I have ordered the first 15 players on the alternate list, I will add others as necessary. If a player withdraws we will go to the first player on the atlernate list. If one of the 8 players from the younger age division withdraws, we will select from the ordered alt. list, which has the natural age division players listed ahead of the younger age division (as per USTA instructions). IF YOU ARE ON MORE THAN one ALT. LIST PLEASE CONTACT US IF YOU ARE MOVED INTO ANOTHER DRAW. THANK YOU.

Draws made/ Match Times Published/Notice to Alternates
The Singles Draw will be completed Wed. afternoon (but not published) and first match times will be published by 7PM. ALTERNATES: If you wish to be considered for our tournament, we will need to be able to reach you as soon as possible. Please make sure that your USTA Membership information is correct and you have contact phone numbers and your e-mail is correct.

Doubles Sign Up
Doubles Sign Up Players wanting to sign up for doubles play must do so at the Player Registration on Wednesday Night or you have until the FINAL DEADLINE of 2:00 p.m. on Thursday. Doubles play will start Thursday afternoon. No sign up will taken after the DEADLINE.

This event is restricted to the following Jr. players: U.S. Citizens; Permanent Resident Aliens; Diplomats, Refugees/Asylees; CTA. Refer to USTA Regulation III.A.2a.

Players are selected from a designated Section or District ranking list.
Entry to this tournament is restricted. To see how entrants will be selected, follow the “Selection Process” link to the left. It is the player’s responsibility to check the selection list(s) after registering online to be sure that a check mark appears beside the player’s name on the list, in order to insure proper registration. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, January 27, 2005 12 Noon Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
