Claremont Club Entry
All players and spectators should have a photo ID available for entry into the Claremont Club. All guests are also required to sign the guest registrar before entry. Thank you for your cooperation.

TOURNAMENT HOTEL
The tournament hotel is the Hotel Claremont (formerly Ramada Inn and Tennis Club) (909 621-4831). Just mention you are with the Claremont USTA tennis tournament to recieve a special room rate. The rate applies to reservations made by February 7,2005. The Hotel Claremont provides complimentary shuttle service from the hotel to the Claremont Club. The hotel also provides complimentary continental breakfast. Tennis courts are also available for hotel guests.

DIRECTIONS TO CLAREMONT CLUB
From the 10 freeway exit at Monte Vista and go North for approximately 3 miles. The club is just North of Foothill Blvd. on the left side of the street. From the 210 freeway exit at Baseline/Padua exit. Go west on Baseline for 1 block to Monte Vista. Turn left (South) on Monte Vista. The Claremont Club is 2 blocks down on the right side of the street. All alternate sites are with-in a 5 minute drive of the Claremont Club. Maps to alternate sites will be available at check-in.

THE AGASSI STORY/PIZZA DINNER
Unfortunately the book signing with Mike Agassi has been cancelled. We will still have pizza delivered at 5pm on Saturday. Mike Agassi the father of Andre Agassi will be on site for a book signing and question and answer session Saturday February 19th from 4pm-7pm. Bring your own copy or their will be a limited number of books available on site for sale.

Entry to this tournament is restricted. To see how entrants will be selected, follow the “Selection Process” link to the left. It is the player’s responsibility to check the selection list(s) after registering online to be sure that a check mark appears beside the player’s name on the list, in order to insure proper registration. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, January 27, 2005 12 Noon Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
