TOURNAMENT HOTEL
The tournament hotel is the AmeriSuites hotel. It is approximately 20 minutes from the site. Every room includes a sleeper sofa, mini-frig, and microwave. Hotel amenities include a swimming pool, exercise room, laundry facilities and offers a complimentary breakfast. It is close to the airport, two malls,and many restaurants. For reservations call 1-800-833-1516. Be sure to mention the tournament for the special room rate of $79.95 plus tax.

PLAYER MEETING
There will be a player meeting, Friday night at 7:00 at the facility. If a player cannot attend the meeting they are responsible to obtain the information that was given out at that time. Doubles sign-ups will be open until Friday evening at 8:00pm. If unable to attend the meeting please contact epytc@aol.com or call Ivan or Steve at 915-751-1181 with your doubles requests. All matches will start Saturday, May 21st.

This event is restricted to the following Jr. players: U.S. Citizens; Permanent Resident Aliens; Diplomats, Refugees/Asylees; CTA. Refer to USTA Regulation III.A.2a.

Players are selected from a designated Section or District ranking list.
Entry to this tournament is restricted. To see how entrants will be selected, follow the “Selection Process” link to the left. It is the player’s responsibility to check the selection list(s) after registering online to be sure that a check mark appears beside the player’s name on the list, in order to insure proper registration. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, April 28, 2005 12 Noon Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
