TOURNAMENT HOTEL
The tournament hotel is the AmeriSuites hotel. It is approximately 20 minutes from the site. Every room includes a microwave, mini-frig, and a sleeper sofa. Hotel amenities include an exercise room, laundry room, complimentary breakfast, and a swimming pool. It is close to many restaurants and two malls. Please call 1-800-833-1516 and mention the special tournament rate of $79.95 plus tax.

PLAYER INFO
There will be a player meeting, Wednesday night at 7:00 at the facility. If a player cannot attend the meeting they are responsible to obtain the information that was given out at that time. Doubles sign-ups will be open until Wednesday evening at 8:00pm. If unable to attend the meeting please contact Lhaugnessepytc@aol.com or call Larry at 915-751-1181 with your doubles requests. All matches will start Thursday, Feb. 17th.

This event is restricted to the following Jr. players: U.S. Citizens; Permanent Resident Aliens; Diplomats, Refugees/Asylees; CTA. Refer to USTA Regulation III.A.2a.

Players are selected from a designated Section or District ranking list.
Entry to this tournament is restricted. To see how entrants will be selected, follow the “Selection Process” link to the left. It is the player’s responsibility to check the selection list(s) after registering online to be sure that a check mark appears beside the player’s name on the list, in order to insure proper registration. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, January 27, 2005 12 Noon Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
