Alternates -- spots available in Arkansas
We are in the process of calling the alternates to extend an invitation. If we have been unable to reach you, you may call us at 501-227-7611. If you are admitted as an alternate, you will need send a check for $75 payable to the ATA to Arkansas Tennis Association, 2024 Arkansas Valley Drive #302, Little Rock, AR 72212, Attn: Camille. Along with the check, send a signed Medical Release Form.

Host Hotel & Playing Site
The host hotel is the Riverfront Wyndham in No. Little Rock When calling to make a reservation, ask for Donna Belcher, 501-907-4839. She is there between 8 & 4. Please ask for the ATA block of rooms. Burns Park Tennis Center, 4000 Joe Poch Lane, is the host site. The contact person at the Wyndham is Donna Belcher. The secondary hotel is the Country Inn & Suites, 501-758-2002.

Medical Release Form
We must have a medical release form on file before you can play a match.

Registration & Players Meeting
Registration will be Friday July 1 between 4 & 6 at Burns Park Tennis Center. There will be a players meeting at 6:30 on Stadium court on Friday, July 1st.

Play
Singles play will begin Saturday morning at 8am. All play will be at Burns Park Tennis Center, 4000 Joe Poch Lane, No. Little Rock, AR.

Practice Courts
Indoor practice courts will be available at Burns Park. Call 501-791-8585 to reserve. Out door courts are available at Walker Tennis Center (next to War Memorial Stadium) at no charge, subject to availability. Teaching Pro has first priortiy.

Trainer
There will be a trainer on site at all times.

This event is restricted to the following Jr. players: U.S. Citizens; Permanent Resident Aliens; Diplomats, Refugees/Asylees; CTA. Refer to USTA Regulation III.A.2a.

Players are selected from a designated Section or District ranking list.
Entry to this tournament is restricted. To see how entrants will be selected, follow the “Selection Process” link to the left. It is the player’s responsibility to check the selection list(s) after registering online to be sure that a check mark appears beside the player’s name on the list, in order to insure proper registration. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, June 9, 2005 12 Noon Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
