Player Check-In
Registration will be done on the internet at www.usta.com. Use quick reference #855404304.
A mandatory player check-in will be held Wednesday November 23rd between 2-10pm.

Tournament Clinic
Mid-Town Tennis Club® will be organizing a pre-tournament clinic on Wednesday, November 23rd from 2-4pm. This is a great opportunity to get used to the indoor courts and lighting, as well as to hit with other players in the tournament. Mid-Town professionals will run the clinic focusing on warm-up, light drills and point play. Space will be limited to the first 32 players that sign up. There will be a 4 player maximum per court. The cost is $25 per player. To reserve your spot call Mid-Town Tennis Club at 773-235-2300. A credit card payment is necessary to confirm your spot in the program

Final doubles registration will be during player check-in on Wednesday, Nov. 23rd between 2-10 pm.

Dress Code
Dress Code will be proper tennis attire. (No T-shirts) Look professional.

This event is restricted to the following Jr. players: U.S. Citizens; Permanent Resident Aliens; Diplomats, Refugees/Asylees; CTA. Refer to USTA Regulation III.A.2a.

Players are selected from a designated Section or District ranking list.
Entry to this tournament is restricted. To see how entrants will be selected, follow the “Selection Process” link to the left. It is the player’s responsibility to check the selection list(s) after registering online to be sure that a check mark appears beside the player’s name on the list, in order to insure proper registration. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, October 27, 2005 12 Noon Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
