Local airport is Tampa International located 15 to 20 mins from Cheval
Airport to Cheval:
Take highway 589 (Veterans Expressway) to Dale Maybry Hyw turn left Cheval 1/2 mile on left
Airport to Quality Inn:
275 North and get off on Bearss Avenue. Turn left, and the hotel will be on your right.
Airport to Hampton Inn:
Take 589 (Veterans Expressway) to Waters Avenue. Turn Right and the hotel will be on your right.

Quality Inn: Turn right out of hotel heading west (Bearss Ave) 7 to 10mins to Dale Maybry turn right headed north go 7 to 10mins Cheval will be on the left
Hampton Inn: Turn left out of hotel (Waters Ave) get on to Highway 589 North (Vetrans Expressway)
follow sighs to Dale Mabry Highway exit turn left at light onto Dale Mabry Cheval 1/2 mile on left
(highway 589 is a toll road)

Doubles
Doubles will be an 8 games pro set and will start on Thursday afternoon
Sign up will be till 1pm Thursday if you have already signed up please check the sign up sheet to see that you are on the doubles sheet
if you have changed partners please let us know

Match Schedule
Daily Match Schedule (rounds to be played) will be posted each day before matches start
Matches and times can change due to weather or long matches it will be your responsiblity to keep up with any changes

No pets are Allowed inside the site

Medical Release Forms
Players should bring or fax (813-949-8379) the usta medical release form to the tournament. Forms can be found at usta.com click on the junior link on the left then click on forms. There will also be forms at the site.

This event is restricted to the following Jr. players: U.S. Citizens; Permanent Resident Aliens; Diplomats, Refugees/Asylees; CTA. Refer to USTA Regulation III.A.2a.

Players are selected from a designated Section or District ranking list.
Entry to this tournament is restricted. To see how entrants will be selected, follow the “Selection Process” link to the left. It is the player’s responsibility to check the selection list(s) after registering online to be sure that a check mark appears beside the player’s name on the list, in order to insure proper registration. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, January 27, 2005 12 Noon Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
