Player Meeting
The player meeting will be Wednesday night, February 16th, at 7PM. It will be held at the Century House, which is one of the tournament hotels. Attendance for this meeting is strongly recommended.

Doubles
Doubles registration will be on Friday night, February 18th, at the club. If you want to play doubles, you MUST register then. Registration online, as a handful of players have done, is moot.

Sites
We will be using two sites for the tournament. The main site is Tri-City Fitness, whose address is above. The second site, which will host only the first round of the girls' matches on Thursday, is Schenectady Racquet Club. Their address is 2699 Curry Rd, Schenectady NY 12305, and their number is (518) 356-0100. Abbreviations for these sites are located next to the schedule for each match on the draw sheet.

This event is restricted to the following Jr. players: U.S. Citizens; Permanent Resident Aliens; Diplomats, Refugees/Asylees; CTA. Refer to USTA Regulation III.A.2a.

Players are selected from a designated Section or District ranking list.
Entry to this tournament is restricted. To see how entrants will be selected, follow the “Selection Process” link to the left. It is the player’s responsibility to check the selection list(s) after registering online to be sure that a check mark appears beside the player’s name on the list, in order to insure proper registration. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, January 27, 2005 12 Noon Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
