Registration will be Friday, July 1, from 3:00PM to 6:00PM at Deer Park High School-South Campus, 710 W. San Augustine, Deer Park, TX 77536, The Players Mandantory Meeting at 6:30PM and Pizza will be served. Draws and First Match Times will be given at Registration.

USTA & MEDICAL RELEASE
We must have a USTA & Medical Release Form signed by the Parent on file before a player can play. There will be a table at registration so that they may be filled out and turned in. The form can be downloaded from here:

TOURNAMENT HOST, DEER PARK HIGH SCHOOL, 710 W. SAN AUGUSTINE,
DEER PARK, TX 77536. DIRECTIONS from Hobby Airport-Take Airport
Blvd. east to Gulf Frwy(I 45 S),turn right and merge onto I 45
South. Take the Sam Houston Tollway exit(# 32) and take the east
ramp. Merge onto tollway, take the Pasadena Blvd/Red Bluff exit and
turn right on Pasadena Blvd.Pass Elem and Jr.High, turn left on
Texas(carwash). Courts are on opposite side on football stadium.
DIRECTIONS from Intercontinental Airport-Go east out of airport to
US 59 South, turn right, merge onto 59 S to Beltway 8/Sam Houston
Pkwy East, Merge onto Pkwy via ramp.Stay on Pkwy over shipchannel
bridge and take the TX-225 exit to Deer Park. Stay on the feeder
road to the 2nd signal light and turn left on San Augustine. The
High School is on the right about 1 1/2 miles, take the 2nd
entrance to the right and you'll see the tennis courts.
