Notes
Entry blanks will not be mailed this year.***Anyone without
access to a computer should contact the tournament director to
enter.***The entry fee for the first event is $80.00 per person and
for the second event is $60.00 per person.***Maximum entry fee is
$140 per person.***Entries will not be accepted unless accompanied
by the appropriate entry fee.***There are no refunds.***Tournament
entry fee includes player gift, continental breakfast and lunch,
and the tournament party. Guests of players may pay a fee to
participate in tournament activities.***Players may enter one
singles and one doubles event or two doubles events.***Players may
play in the doubles events with different partners.***If the draw
size allows, all events except the 85's will have a full feed-in
consolation.***If the draw size allows, the 85's will play a round
robin.***Prize money will be awarded for first through firth place
in all singles and doubles events except the 85's.***The tournament
desk will be located at Broadstone Racquet Club.***For hotel

Room rates are $95 single/double occupancy for a king room; $105
single/double occupancy for a double queen or studio king (king bed
with double sofa bed); $129 single/double occupancy for a mini
fireplace suite (king bed); $159 single/double occupancy for a mini
jacuzzi suite (king bed); $199 single/double occupancy for a full
suite (king bed with double sofa bed). Room rate does not include
taxes and fees. Please reference the USTA National Hard Court

1-916-638-4141. Room rates are $90 per night, plus taxes and fees,
for a double queen with living room. Complimentary breakfast is

G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
Player Selection TypeNo Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry TypeEntry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Monday, September 19, 2005 11:59:00 PM Pacific Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
