REGISTRATION/STARTING TIMES
Registration will be Wednesday Feb 16, 5:00-8:00pm at Queen City Racquet Club. You will receive your first round match time at registration. Anyone who cannot be there for registration MUST call Dorianna @ 513-771-2835 on Wednesday Feb 16 to get your first round match time. We will be playing two rounds of singles in the main draw as well as one round in the backdraw on Thursday. Singles matches will be best of three tiebreak sets.

DIRECTIONS
For driving directions to Queen City click on the link below and that will take you to our club home page. Then in the upper right hand corner click on 'directions', then 'click here for interactive map'. This will take you to Map Quest. For those of you flying in, the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky Airport is about 40 minutes south of the club and the Dayton Airport is about 50 minutes north of the club.

DOUBLES
Players may register for doubles on Wednesday 2/16 at registration or Thursday 2/17 until 1pm. Even if you signed up online you must sign up again on-site. If you don't have a partner, we will try to match you up with someone. Doubles matches will be 8 game pro sets.

AIRPORT SHUTTLE
Airport Executive Shuttle - 1-800-990-8841 or 1-859-261-8841. From the Cincinnati airport the charge is $25 one way and/or $46 round trip. This shuttle runs to any of the Sharonville hotels (Queen City is located in Sharonville)

SECOND SITE
We will be using a second site that is approximately 7 miles from Queen City Racquet Club on Thursday 2/17 for a few first round matches. We will have directions, etc for you at registration.

PRACTICE COURTS
On Thur. 2/17 there will be one court available for players to warm up on throughout the day, 4 players/court in 15 minute increments. Wed. 2/16-Mon. 2/21, to guarantee a court, players can reserve and prepay with a credit card @ $24/hr (we also have two other sites allowing players to reserve courts). Please call the club (after 2/10) for more info and phone numbers/directions to the other clubs.

This event is restricted to the following Jr. players: U.S. Citizens; Permanent Resident Aliens; Diplomats, Refugees/Asylees; CTA. Refer to USTA Regulation III.A.2a.

Players are selected from a designated Section or District ranking list.
Entry to this tournament is restricted. To see how entrants will be selected, follow the “Selection Process” link to the left. It is the player’s responsibility to check the selection list(s) after registering online to be sure that a check mark appears beside the player’s name on the list, in order to insure proper registration. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, January 27, 2005 12 Noon Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
