Scoring Format
10U Scoring: 2/3 short sets to 4 games. If tied 3-3 in games, then the next game would win the set. If players split sets, then they would play a 7 pt. tiebreaker (win by 2) for the 3rd set. NO AD SCORING.
12U-18U Scoring: 1 set to 6 games. If tied 5-5 in games, then they would play a 7 pt. tiebreaker (win by 2). NO AD SCORING.

match format(s). Players can expect multiple matches regardless of results.
Ages range from 8-18 and are for entry-level players who want to try their hand

2019 Level 6 Tournament Voucher Program
Have you played in (2) L6 events? Ready to take the next
step and try a higher level? If you qualify – The NCTA will pay the entry fee
for your first NC L5 tournament in 2019! To be eligible a player must have
played in (2) NC L6 tournaments in 2018/2019.

Notes
Join us for this one day, singles, non-elimination format,
beginner level tennis tournament. Friendly atmosphere, play against
players of similar ability and age. Perfect for your first or
second tournament experience!
Players can test their game, play multiple matches and make friends
along the way. These tournaments allow kids to compete in a way
that makes them feel comfortable, matches their level of play and
helps them to experience success.
Player Selection TypePlayers are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
