TOURNAMENT CHECK-IN Friday July 5th 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm (Friday Check-in is not mandatory)
• Check-in at GR Racquet &Fitness: Friday, July 5, 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. (players will not be allowed to play without parent filling out medical wavier form) • Saturday Check-in starts 7:15 a.m. • If you don't make the Friday check-in/reception, arrive at least 30 minutes before your first match to tournament site • Doubles play begins on Saturday, July 6 before singles. Tournament Locations and Practice Sites
The event will be held at North View High-school. The address is 4451 Hunsberger Ave NE, Grand Rapids, MI 49525 The location is only 3 miles away from our indoor facility GR Racquet Club (4940 Plainfield Ave. NE ) where Check-in and indoor courts are in case of rain. Outside warm-up courts are free of charge and first come first serve. Additionally, there are ample outdoor courts in the surrounding Grand Rapids Area. These include: Highland Middle school: 4645 Chandy Dr NERockford Highschool:4100 Kroes St NE, Rockford, MI 49341Forest Hills High School: 3801 Leonard St NE, Grand Rapids, MI 49525NorthPointe Christian Highschool:3101 Leonard St. NE | Grand Rapids, MI | 49525 Other Locations: Most of the local High schools and Middle schools in the area all have great outdoor facilities. SCHEDULE OF PLAY (subject to change)
This event is scheduled outdoors. However... indoor backup is available 2 miles away. Indoor courts will be utilized to maintain the match schedules. Rain will not delay match times.... every scheduled match has indoor backup waiting. (indoor courts may also be utilized due to scheduling, heat, or light issues.)

SCORING FORMATS
Matches will play the following: • Main Draw and Consolation singles matches will play two tiebreak sets with a 10-point match tiebreak in lieu of a third set. Day1 will start with 1 round of doubles followed by 2 rounds of singles • Doubles will play an 8-game pro set no ad. with 7-point tiebreak at 7-all.

Items not allowed on court-
Players are not permitted to use electronic devices that includes apple watches or devices that can be used for communication or cooling. The tournament will supply a chair for each singles player. No personal chairs or umbrellas may be brought on court. Players may bring a cooler and sit on it should they prefer.

MULTIPLE ENTRIES AND SELECTION PROCESS
Players may choose ONE of the following options, but NOT both: OPTION 1: Enter any ONE (1) division of TWO (2) concurrent USTA National Level 3 Tournaments (this may be a different division in each tournament) OPTION 2: Enter TWO (2) divisions of ONE (1) USTA National Level 3 Tournament Players may PLAY in only ONE division of ONE tournament. Players who register for three (3) or more events will be given 5 suspension points and will only be selected into a maximum of two events.
PLEASE NOTE THAT PLAYERS WHO ARE ACCEPTED INTO ONE EVENT AT THE TIME OF SELECTION ARE INELIGIBLE FOR THE ALTERNATE LIST OF ANOTHER EVENT. WE URGE PLAYERS TO ONLY SIGN UP FOR EVENTS THEY WOULD PLAY IF ACCEPTED.

USTA SUSPENSION POINTS:
Any withdrawal (other than for previously authorized entry into concurrent tournaments) that does not meet the written verification requirements described below by the last scheduled day of the tournament (and, in the case of personal circumstances, has also been approved as a personal circumstance by the Referee) will result in the player being levied suspension points, and any match that is not played will be coded as a Default.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is restricted. To see how entrants will be selected, follow the “Selection Process” link to the left. It is the player’s responsibility to check the selection list(s) after registering online to be sure that a check mark appears beside the player’s name on the list, in order to insure proper registration. Entries must be submitted by Friday, June 14, 2019 10:41:00 AM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
