ALLOW EXTRA TIME TO ARRIVE ON TIME FOR MATCHES DUE TO EASTBOUND LANE CLOSURE ON WANDO BRIDGE
The South Carolina Department of Transportation is continuing rehabilitation of the I-526 Wando River Bridge Friday, Dec. 13, 2019, through Monday, Dec. 16, 2019, with the left lane closed for the Eastbound lanes of Interstate 526 beginning at 8 p.m. on Friday and will reopen no later than 6 a.m. on Monday. The right lane and truck climbing lane will remain open at all times. Exit 24 (Daniel Island) will remain accessible. No lanes of travel will be affected in the Westbound direction. The SCDOT appreciates the cooperation of the Charleston Community as these necessary maintenance activities take place. As you travel through active work zones, please be sure to drive with caution. Prior to first match, all players must sign a LTP at the Daniel Island Tennis Center waiver available during check-in.

IF YOU MUST WITHDRAW
Withdrawals prior to the entry registration deadline should be completed online. Any withdrawals after December 8 will not receive a refund. As a courtesy to your opponent and to the tournament, if you must withdraw during the tournament, please email the tournament director so that we can notify your opponent in advance.

DUNLOP - THE OFFICIAL TOURNAMENT BALL

LIMIT OF TWO EVENTS - ONE MEN'S OR WOMEN'S DOUBLES DIVISION AND ONE MIXED DOUBLES DIVISION
Limit registration to one Men's or Women's Doubles division and one Mixed Doubles division. Entry into two Mixed Doubles divisions or two different Doubles divisions will not be accepted. You must play at the level of the higher player in Doubles and Mixed.

THE 2019 USTA YEAR END RATINGS PUBLISHED ON DECEMBER 2nd DO NOT GO INTO EFFECT UNTIL JANUARY 2020.
You may sign up to play at your current level on record or play up based on your new year end rating for this tournament.

MONDAY 12/9 8am LATE ENTRIES
If you have just realized that you missed signing up for the tournament, no worries. For an extra donation of $50 plus the entry fee of $65 Total fee owed $115 we will manually added you into the tournament. You have until Monday 12/9 7pm to be added. After this time don't bother to ask. Out of respect for the 225 people who did sign up on time we need to start with the scheduling of the tournament.

SATURDAY 9AM UPDATE
All Saturday matches are on time. Tournament Desk for LTP Mt. Pleasant (MPLTP) will be on the deck next to Pro Shop. Tournament Desk for LTP Daniel Island (LTPDI) will be on the patio straight through the Pro Shop on the patio adjacent to Club Court. Let's play some tennis!

SATURDAY MATCH SCORING FORMAT
All matches on Saturday will be short sets (first to 4 games) with ad scoring. If split sets, there will be a ten point tiebreak. Warm up limited to five minutes. Second Slam Consolation (one additional match) rounds for Women's and Men's Doubles will be played on Saturday and Sunday. Mixed Doubles will play consolation on Saturday evening.
