DOUBLES DEADLINE, DAY 1 PAPERWORK & DOUBLES BEFORE SINGLES
The doubles deadline is Thursday, May 9, 2019 @ 5pm. If you have a partner and/or would like for us to pair you with someone, please email Adam Baron at ABaron@YellowTennisBall.com
(make sure to get a confirmation email). IMPORTANT: ALL divisions will have doubles take place BEFORE
their singles matches on Day 1. Make sure to double-check your start times and
site abbreviations. In addition, a player can only play doubles in the
same division as they are playing singles.
Please check in 20
minutes before your match (everyone must fill out paperwork before
playing). 1st Round Doubles matches will take place before singles on Day 1.

NATIONAL CLAY COURT CHAMPIONSHIPS AUTOMATIC ENTRY (SINGLES)
All SINGLES finalists and champions of the May National Level 2
will automatically qualify for the same age division of the National Clay Court
Championships. Players must still register for the Clay Court Championships in
order to be considered for the event. To read more about the National
Championship selection process please click "more info".

FORMAT, UMPIRES & ROVERS
DRAW SIZES: Singles (32) and Doubles (16-team draw)...
SINGLES: Mandatory Feed-in consolation draw (through the Round of 16). Quarter-final losers will be fed into a separate consolation draw to playoff for 5th and 6th place. Semi-final losers will playoff for 3rd and 4th place. All singles matches are best of three tie-break sets with a 10-point tie-breaker in lieu of a 3rd set (with Ad-Scoring).
DOUBLES: 8-game Pro Set with a Tiebreak at 7-games all, no ad-scoring. There will be a 3/4 Playoff in doubles.
UMPIRES. Singles semifinals and finals and doubles finals will be chaired.
ROVERS. The event will have 1-2 rovers to assist with Officials daily

This event is organized by Players International Management
(PIM), the same staff that hosts the Delray Beach Open, the world's
only combined 10-day ATP World Tour Event and ATP Champions Tour
Event. We are honored to host this prestigious National Selection
event, featuring many of the top-ranked players in the United
States.
Entry to this tournament is restricted. To see how entrants will be selected, follow the “Selection Process” link to the left. It is the player’s responsibility to check the selection list(s) after registering online to be sure that a check mark appears beside the player’s name on the list, in order to insure proper registration. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, April 25, 2019 11:59:00 AM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
