possibility of missing an opportunity to play if there is an opening for
an alternate.

MULTIPLE ENTRIES AND SELECTION PROCESS
Players may choose ONE of the following options, but NOT both: OPTION 1: Enter any ONE (1) division of TWO (2) concurrent USTA National Level 3 Tournaments (this may be a different division in each tournament) OPTION 2: Enter TWO (2) divisions of ONE (1) USTA National Level 3 Tournament Players may PLAY in only ONE division of ONE tournament. Players who register for three (3) or more events will be given 5 suspension points and will only be selected into a maximum of two events.
PLEASE NOTE THAT PLAYERS WHO ARE ACCEPTED INTO ONE EVENT AT THE TIME OF SELECTION ARE INELIGIBLE FOR THE ALTERNATE LIST OF ANOTHER EVENT. WE URGE PLAYERS TO ONLY SIGN UP FOR EVENTS THEY WOULD PLAY IF ACCEPTED.
Players who register for three (3) or more events will be given five (5) suspension points and will only be selected into a maximum of two events.

***Important Deadlines*** PLAYERS accepted into two tournament
A player accepted into BOTH tournaments must notify BOTH tournaments no later that FIVE (5) days after the entry deadline (Tuesday following entry deadline) as to which tournament they will play, and the player shall be REFUNDED their entry fee from the tournament from which the player is withdrawing. FAILURE to withdraw by the deadline absolves the tournament from which the player is withdrawing from their obligation to refund the entry fee.
If a player remains on more than ONE COMPETITOR list 12 days following the entry deadline (second Tuesday after the entry deadline), that player will be REMOVED from BOTH events.

INDOOR COURTS
Indoor court maybe use to keep the tournament moving at the discretion of tournament director and Head Referee.
We will use indoor courts in case of inclement weather. There will be no court fees charged to players.

Referee prior to the match if there is a special need . Phones may be
kept on vibrate in your tennis bag to be used only for coaching between
the 2nd set and Match tiebreaker.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is restricted. To see how entrants will be selected, follow the “Selection Process” link to the left. It is the player’s responsibility to check the selection list(s) after registering online to be sure that a check mark appears beside the player’s name on the list, in order to insure proper registration. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, June 13, 2019 11:59:00 AM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
