Doubles information - please pick a partner I will be glad to facilitate.
All players accepted into the singles draw are first eligible for the doubles draws. Alternates in the singles draw are eligible to enter into the doubles if spots are left open by players selected into the singles do not want to play doubles. Only after that process, will players that are just entering into the doubles tournament be considered Please do your best to find a partner. I will be glad to help if you cannot find anyone. By May April 29th, anyone without a partner will be paired up with each other randomly.

Alternates will be listed by ranking tomorrow morning. First alternate for the girls will be put into main draw since we have 31 selected due to 1 withdrawal today. If you have been accepted in the singles draw but not in the doubles draw and intend to play doubles, please let me know urgently that you will be doing so.

Registration
Please arrive 1 hour prior to your first scheduled match to register for the tournament. Please arrive half hour prior to any other scheduled matches during the event. Your match may be called 1/2 hour earlier than scheduled.

Matches will start at 8AM on Saturday
First round matches and some doubles will be starting at 8AM on Saturday.

Match format
Singles –
Modified Feed-In Championship All singles draw will have a feed in consolation
that feeds players through the round of 16. Singles 3rd and fourth
playoff required. The quarterfinal losers will be fed into a separate draw to
playoff for 5th and 6th place. Consolation is mandatory.Main
draw and Consolation Draws– Best out of
three sets with a ten point tiebreak in lieu of third set. We are playing with
AD scoring.
Doubles – Single elimination with a 3
and 4th place playoff
1 6 game set with a 7 point
tiebreak at 6-6
These will be played with No AD
scoring.

Dress Code
All players
are required to wear appropriate tennis attire and dress in a manner consistent
with being a participant in a USTA Junior National tournament. Compression
shorts, spots bras, shirts with inappropriate language, attire that is
inappropriately revealing, shoes not designed for tennis, and any attire that
is recreational and not tennis-oriented is not acceptable

Players who register for three (3) or more events will be given 5 suspension points and will only be selected into a maximum of two events.
PLEASE NOTE THAT PLAYERS WHO ARE ACCEPTED INTO ONE EVENT AT THE TIME OF SELECTION ARE INELIGIBLE FOR THE ALTERNATE LIST OF ANOTHER EVENT. WE URGE PLAYERS TO ONLY SIGN UP FOR EVENTS THEY WOULD PLAY IF ACCEPTED.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is restricted. To see how entrants will be selected, follow the “Selection Process” link to the left. It is the player’s responsibility to check the selection list(s) after registering online to be sure that a check mark appears beside the player’s name on the list, in order to insure proper registration. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, April 11, 2019 11:59:00 AM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
