Monday, March 19th 8:30AM Matches
Congratulations on a great tournament! In an effort to start all 8:30am matches in a timely manner, we will be using an accelerated start in the morning. Please check in at the tournament desk when you arrive on site prior to warming up. At 8:15am, we will clear the courts and court assignments will be posted on the television monitors across from the tournament desk. Please report directly to your assigned court, ready to play, BY 8:30am.

Sunday - Practice Court Information
We are pleased to offer practice courts on site for both surfaces tomorrow, Sunday, March 18th. Please see courts and times below.
Har-Tru Courts: #1-4. 8:00am - 12:30pm Team USA Hard Courts: #1&2 8:00am - 12:30pm
Please note that all Har-Tru courts and 1-8 on the Team USA Hard Courts will be available prior to 8am matches.

Due to the withdrawal of a seed in the Girls 18's division, please be sure to double check the draw for your match time, as it may have changed. Thank you for your understanding.

Registration, Practice & Pizza - Friday, March 16
Practice, register and enjoy some pizza! Practice- 2:00pm - 8:00pm Clay courts 21-32 will be available on site for practice, Friday, March 16th. These courts will be first come, first serve.
Register- 3:00pm - 7:00pm A non-mandatory registration will be held Friday, March 16th, at the Tournament Administration building at the National Campus.
Pizza- 5:00pm Pizza will be available for players, first come, first serve, on top of the Tournament Administration building. Enjoy!

On-Site Alternates
The USTA Florida Level 4 Championship will be accepting on-site alternates. If you would like to be an on-site alternate, please report to the tournament desk on Saturday, 30 minutes prior to your divisions first match (For example- Boys 18's would need to report by 7:30am). You may only be an on-site alternate for the division you originally signed up for.

USTA FL Level 4 Court Surface
Please note that the Boys 18's will be played on the Team USA hard courts at the National Campus. All other divisions will be played on clay.

Tournament Format
The tournament format will be as follows: 2 out of 3 tiebreak sets with a 10 point match tiebreaker in lieu of a third set. Draw Size: 32 singles for all divisions FIC through the round of 16. 5th and 6th place match will be played. 7th and 8th place match will not be played.

Boy's & Girl's 16s & 18s Qualifier Link
Level 4 Qualifier weekend before the March Level 4 Tournament: 64 draw single elimination or consolation plays to the Quarter Final round allowing 8 players spots in the main draw for Boys and Girls 16s and 18s. 32 draw single elimination consolation plays to the Semi Final round allowing 4 players a spot in the main draw for Boys and Girls 14s. No qualifier for the Boys and Girls 12s. The deadline and selection for the main Level 4 event will be completed before the deadline of the Qualifier so players will know if they have been selected and will have time to enter the Qualifier if necessary.

Florida Residency Requirement
Players and their parents are required to be permanent residents of Florida in order to be eligible for this level tournament. Paperwork (as per the link) proving the parents and player are permanent residents must be RECEIVED in the USTA Florida office and APPROVED three weeks from the start date of the Level 3, 4, or 5 tournament, Players wishing to check their approval can check the Tentative Ranking list published approximately 16 days before the start of the tournament or check with the USTA Florida office: brown@ustaflorida.com.

FUTURE TOURNAMENT OPPORTUNITY - WILDCARD EVENT IN APRIL FOR $15,000 PRO CIRCUIT EVENT IN VERO BEACH
Wild card tournament dates: April
9 - 11
Winner receives: The winner of this tournament will receive a main draw wild card singles
entry into the 2018 Mardy Fish Children's Foundation Tennis Championships
$15,000 USTA Pro Circuit Futures event in Vero Beach, Florida, April 24-29,
2018.
Match format: The tournament will be single elimination and will use
best of 3 tie-break sets with a 10 point tie-break played in lieu of the third
set (except of the finals, which will play out the third set).
Scheduling: The
match schedule will take place in the evenings, with players expecting to play
2 matches each afternoon/evening (depending on draw size). First matches of the
day will not start until 5pm, with the second round of matches being
tentatively schedule for 8pm.
