DOUBLES PARTNER - DOUBLES ENTRIES
All players in the draw are assumed to be playing doubles and will be paired up as advised.
If you are planning to play singles only, kindly send an email to tournament staff. We do our best to update doubles partners on the homepage as timely as possible. With often several requests per day, we appreciate your patience in updating partners online.
Due to data privacy, we do not release other player's contact information when requested. We will consistently try to put interested partners in touch, withdrawals and partner changes make this a moving puzzle. Please know that we will pair everyone playing doubles with someone else if possible and will not make that draw until after the mandatory players meeting and check in. In case of an odd number, we would hope there would be an on-site alternate to fill that spot.
MANDATORY PLAYER MEETING / CHECK IN
There is a mandatory players meeting 8-8:30a Saturday, February 10 at the Baseline Tennis Center. All players are required to attend and all check in will be done at that time. Player gifts and more information will be distributed.
Players are encouraged to prepare a USTA Medical Waiver prior to check in. This helps expedite the check-in process. Medical Waiver forms will be made available at check-in.
We suggest being on site early to help facilitate the check-in process. Check in will be available as early as 7a.
