Withdrawal and EntryRefund Policy for USTA Junior National Tournaments
Nationals
has asked that we reiterate to everyone that all matches are to be played –
this means consolation matches. Once, the selection process has been made,
if you pull out for any reason you MUST follow the rules for withdrawing
completely. Just to be clear, during the tournament…You must get
approval from the Head Referee at MTC. Do not tell just anyone at the desk and
think you have properly defaulted. Unless, you speak to the Head Referee in
person, it will count as a “NO SHOW”. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY WITHDRAWALS OVER THE PHONE OR
BY EMAIL! If
the player is not playing because of an injury or illness, the player shall
provide written verification of the injury or illness from a medical
professional no later than the last scheduled day of the tournament.
