PRACTICE COURTS WEDNESDAY
From 7-8 am all courts will be available at Sanlando Park on a first come first serve basis for practice from 8am till 830 we will have 7 courts the players can share on a first come first serve basis . from 830-9 we will have 3 courts to share on a first come first serve basis 4 players per court if full

Withdrawals
To withdraw you must email the tournament director at bmorris41@hotmail.com please no phone withdrawals . There are no refunds after the selections have been made

On Site Alternates
If you wish to be an onsite alternate on Saturday you have to check in at the tournament desk before the first match starts in the division you wish to play, the highest ranked onsite alternate that checks in would receive any spot that opens up if any that morning.

All matches will be played on hard courts and tennis ball used is the Pro Penn Marathon Extra Duty tennis ball

Draw SIzes and draw format
All draws in the 12s and 14s will be 64 player draws with a modified feed in consolation . On Saturday and Sunday you will play one match per day win or lose . On Monday the consolation draws will start playing twice a day .

Florida Residency Requirements for this Tournament
Players and their parents are required to be permanent residents of Florida in order to be eligible for this level tournament. Paperwork (as per the link) proving the parents and player are permanent residents must be RECEIVED in the USTA Florida office and APPROVED three weeks from the start date of the Level 3, 4, or 5 tournament, Players wishing to check their approval can check the Tentative Ranking list published approximately 16 days before the start of the tournament.

Modified Feed in Consolation
The losers in the first 3 rounds in the main draw will feed into their own consolation , the losers in the quarterfinals will feed into a separate consolation and the losers in semi finals will play a 3rd 4th playoff .

Players finishing #1 or #2 in the main draw 12s, 14s, and 16s of a 3, 4, or 5 will be eligible for an automatic entry into the next scheduled Level 3, 4, or 5 in the next higher age division. The automatic entry must be in the month directly following the tournament where the player reached the finals. If a player reaches the final in February, the automatic entry can ONLY be in March. For example; Player finishes #2 in the February L5 14S, They would be eligible for automatic entry into the March 16s Level 4. The player must enter through Tennis Link and be registered before the deadline to be eligible. Player is also responsible for informing the tournament director of their intent. For a player to be Endorsed by USTA Florida for the USTA National Clay Championships – July 17 - 24, 2016 and the USTA National Hard Courts - August 5 - 14, 2016; players need to play and complete one of the following; April 2016 L5, or May 2016 L4, or June 2016 L3. Default, withdrawal, walkover, injury, and other definitions listed in the Friend at Court do not satisfy USTA Florida’s rules for finishing a tournament. Doubles will not count for Endorsement.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to specified residents only. Entries must be submitted by Sunday, May 29, 2016 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
