In order to give everyone at least 12 hours of rest after playing doubles late on Sunday evening, we have pushed Monday match times back 1 hour. Times on the draw are correct times.

12:45 Doubles Update: One round of doubles will be played Sunday (RD of 64) at 7:45pm at location on the draw. New times for Monday will be posted by 5 pm today.

12:00 Update :Some courts are still wet at all sites. Matches scheduled 12:30 and later will be delayed for 1 hour from the posted draw match times. We will not change any times on the draws. Add 1 hour to your posted match time for singles .

10:45 Sunday: Doubles new match times and location are now posted. Be sure to read the draw carefully for time AND location.

10:00 AM UPDATE: Doubles have been postponed until the afternoon. Singles draw times are correct. Doubles new times and locations will be posted for by noon today. Doubles will play 8 game prosets NO AD.

9 am UPDATE: New match times have been posted. ( the 2 hour delay is included in the NEW TIMES) You should report 30 minutes prior to the time posted on the draws. Doubles have not been postponed.

10:15am Sat Update: All original 9:30 singles should report to site to play at 10:30. All other singles matches originally 10:30am and later are delayed 2 hours. Doubles have been postponed to 8am Sunday.

8:30 Update: All doubles postponed until 6:30 pm Saturday. Singles matches still 1 hour delay from original match time.

We did the best we could to have players play at the same sight for both. Please understand that there were too many factors involved to accomplish our goal for everyone. If you finish your doubles match and have less than 30 to reach your singles site, please let the doubles site know so more time can be allowed.
Draws will be posted by 5 pm Friday.

Please note that there the boys have 8 teams seeded and the girls have 16. There must to be at least 48 teams to seed 16..

In an effort to provide greater transparency and understanding of how USTA Southern seeds will be determined for USTA Southern L 1, 1A and 2 events, FAC (Friend at Court) method II.A.4.b., which provides for a computerized system of rankings or standings. The Junior Competition Committee approved the chart that the Tournament Seeding Committees, with assistance from the USTA Southern staff, shall utilize to determine seedings. Lower level USTA Southern L 3, 4 & 5 events and State events below USTA Southern L 1-2 events, may choose between FAC seeding methods II.A.4.a., which provides for an All Factors Method, or II.A.4.b., which provides for a computerized system of rankings or standings and shall be published.
Criteria to be considered: Players who have a standing in the next younger age division, Players with a current top 50 USTA National standing, top 100 ITF ranking, top 1000 ATP or WTA rankings. When calculating 12U seeds, the 10U standings are not considered.

Seedings shall be prepared by the Southern Office at the time they prepare the selection list.

DOUBLES SEEDING CRITERIA
• Teams shall be seeded in the order of their combined standings (e.g., Player A holds the #1 standing and Player B holds the #10 standing. The Team of A & B would have combined standing of 11.) Teams that have the same combined standing shall be seeded in the order of the total number of Ranking points held by each team
• Players with current top 50 USTA National standing, top 100 ITF ranking, top 1000 ATP or WTA rankings may be considered for seeding

Withdrawal Prior to Entry Deadline:
Go to the Tournament website and click "EDIT REGISTRATION" on the right side of your screen then "Withdraw". From there you can withdraw. If you do not know your Confirmation #, then click "Locate Confirmation" just below "Withdraw." We cannot withdraw you, you must do this yourself. You will lose the processing fee if you do not withdraw online before registration closes.
Withdrawal After Entry Deadline:
Immediately contact the tournament to withdraw from the tournament. You must fax or email your withdrawal. DO NOT call to withdraw. The email is maconten@bellsouth.net. If the player is not playing because of an injury or illness, the player shall provide written verification of the injury or illness from a medical professional no later than the last scheduled day of the tournament. There are No refunds after 1/09/15. Refunds will only be given with proper documentation and valid excuse and may take 3 weeks to process. See procedures below for receiving a refund.

1. If you have a partner and they are NOT listed by YOUR name, please email the tournament to confirm your partner.
2. If you are not playing doubles but your name is in the doubles event, please email the tournament to remove your name.
3. If you are playing doubles but your name is not in the event, please email the tournament to add your name.
4. If you do not have a partner, use the Facebook group to help find a partner. BOTH players must confirm the pairing. The tournament does not team players up for partnerships.


PARTNERS MUST BE CONFIRMED BY 11:59 PM MONDAY JAN 11.

If you withdraw before registration closes, your credit card will not be charged.
If you withdraw after registration closes, you may be eligible for refund. A player shall not withdraw from a tournament after entries close except for illness, injury, or personal emergency. A withdrawing player shall immediately notify the Tournament by email that the player will not be playing.
If the player is not playing because of an injury or illness, the player shall provide written verification of the injury or illness from a medical professional no later than the last scheduled day of the tournament.
If the player is not playing because of a personal emergency, the player shall provide a written explanation of the situation to the Referee no later than the last scheduled day of the tournament. The Referee shall determine whether the situation is a personal emergency. FYI - a personal emergency does not include "my parents can't get off work" or "I have too much homework" or "I can't miss school".
In order to receive a refund, you must notify the tournament immediately of your withdrawal, no later than Thursday 1/09/15. Then, YOU MUST MAIL IN A SELF-ADDRESSED STAMPED ENVELOPE with your written medical excuse or emergency explanation. You must also include the exact "Payee" name the check is payable to. This must be received by the last day of the tournament which is 1/19/16.
You will receive suspension points if you do not have a documented medical excuse or a written explanation of a personal emergency.
Our best advice to you, is make sure you assess your means of travel and schedules before registration closes. Thank you for your cooperation.

The Format of Play for Singles is a 128 Draw, Full Feed-In Consolation through the Round of 16, with Quarterfinal Playoffs and a 3rd/4th Playoff in the Main Draw. Last round of consolation will be Quarterfinals.
The Scoring for Main Draw Singles and Consolation is best of 3 Sets with tiebreak in lieu of the third set.
The Format of Play for Doubles is a 64 Draw, Single Elimination with a 3rd/4th Playoff
The Scoring for Doubles is an 8-game Pro-Set.
