Eastern Super Six Section Championships at Mendham (National L3)

Congratulations to all our winners this weekend Singles Champion Oliver Sec and runner up Maverick Lin! Our sportsmanship winner was Felipe Osses-Konig. Thanks to a great group of boys for a super tournament. To all the seniors, Best of Luck as you embark on the next step of your tennis careers! You will truly be missed.

Make sure you check the draw prior to leaving. There have been many kids with drawing from the tournament. Please check the draw carefully before traveling to mendham.

I have done my best to accommodate all those who emailed me prior to entries closing and let me know they were taking the ACT Tests. There will be no additional changes to the schedule from this point on. See you all next weekend. All matches will be played at Mendham Health and Tennis Club indoors on Hard court.

All matches will be played at Mendham Health and Tennis Club on INDOOR hardcourts. For practice court reservations, please call the club directly at 973-543-4900. Once matches start, you can also get practice courts at Fox Chase Tennis Club approx 5 miles west of the tournament site on the same road. 908-879-5231. All Draws and start times will be posted by Thursday evening, 6/4.

For those of you coming from out of town, local hotels we suggest are: Dolce Basking Ridge, 908-953-3000 located approx 8 mins from the club. they do have 2 outdoor tennis courts for warm up. Also Best Western Morristown Inn incl full breakfast appox 15 mins from club.

If you are taking the ACT's this weekend and planning on playing this tournament and need special times Sat, you MUST email me prior to entries closing. Once entrys close and I make the draws, there are NO exceptions. I will not be changing times. All players will play 1 round on Friday night and then again on Sat.

By registering for this tournament you agree to abide by the Rules & Regulations set forth in the USTA Friend at Court, the USTA Standards of Conduct, as well as the USTA Eastern Section's Rules & Regulations. The rules apply to parents & spectators as well; the player is responsible for their entourage. Poor behavior by the spectators may result in point penalties for the players. Poor personal behavior, bad sportsmanship or any acts detrimental to the game could prevent section endorsement. Eastern Super Six
Eastern's Super Six events are restricted to Eastern players only. Selection is based on the Section Standing of the age group of the event + up to 3 players from the top 25 of the Eastern Standing list of the next younger age division (except in the 12U division.) Players may register for multiple age groups but will only be selected to one: If a player is selected to an older age division they will automatically withdrawn from the younger division. If the player is not selected to the older division, they will only be eligible for the younger division. Please keep this in mind when registering.
