Refunds & Withdrawing from the Main Draw and Alternate list
If you are withdrawing from the Draw please send an e-mail
to the TD ASAP.
If you are on the alternates list and want to enter another
tournament you must withdraw from this tournament (this will eliminate parents
contacting me about other players that are in two tournaments). If you are on
an alternates list you are committed to that tournament, thus you must
withdraw. It will also help other National Opens if, when selected for one of
the four sites you let the other sites know that you have accepted a spot at
another site.
REFUNDS: If you are in the Draw and withdraw prior to the
draw being made (Noon on Thur Nov. 20st) you will receive a full refund.
After that time and date there will be no refund. If you are on the alternate
list you have not been charged for the tournament.
|
Late Entries Deadline
Wed. Nov. 19th is the deadline for late entries being accepted directly into the draw. Any late entries that are seedable will not be accepted and once the draw are made on Friday we will not accept any late entries into the draw only as alternates if they are not seedable.

Player Selections
The individual draws are 32 in singles but there are 4 draws
around the country (128 total players), more than 32 will sign up for
individual sites but only 32 will be selected at each site. The remainder will
be placed on an alternate list based on where the players said they would play
and the alternates would be called if someone withdraws at one of those sites.
If players (families) are willing to travel they have a better chance of
getting into one of the draws.
The selections will be completed early the first week of
Nov.. We will be notified by National and then each tournament will publish the
list for their site, along with the alternate list. We will use the Nov.
National Standings for Seeding.
