This is a NATIONAL LEVEL 2, MIDWEST LEVEL 3 TOURNAMENT 32 singles 16 doubles draw, fic, run indoors at Five Seasons Sports Club.

Check In
Please check in a minimum of 15 minutes before your first match time. We will not be having a formal check in Friday night.

FORMAT/SCORING
Singles is a 32 draw with a full feed-in-consolation (FIC). The main draw will play a full 2 out of 3 sets. Consolation matches will be 2 out of 3 sets, but with a 10 point super tiebreaker in lieu of a 3rd set. Main draw matches will have 10 minutes in between sets 2 and 3 while the consolation will have 3 minutes. Doubles will be an 8 game pro set, with a 10 point super tiebreaker at 8 games all.

DOUBLES
Please email the tournament director at SchubertBH@hotmail.com as soon as possible with your partner for doubles. If you do not plan to play doubles, please let us know as well. All players in the main draw are automatically eligible for the doubles. We would like to have all the pairings by 12PM Friday, February 22nd at the latest.

HOST SITE
The host site for the Girls 18's USTA National Open Championships is Five Seasons Sports Club. The club is located at 11790 Snider Rd. Cincinnati, OH 45208. The telephone number for the club is (513) 469-1400. All matches will be played at Five Seasons. Five Seasons is located approximately 45 minutes from the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky Airport and about 1 hour from the Dayton Airport.

SELECTIONS/COMPETITORS/ALTERNATES/WITHDRAWING
Players accepted into the draw are listed under competitors once the national office has made the selections. We will order the alternates within 48 hours of their selections and will contact them if/when a spot become available for them. Withdrawals must be via email with a reason listed. We may ask for a doctor's note for withdrawals less than 48 hours in advance. Once selections have been made there will be no refunds

PRACTICE COURTS
Practice courts will be available at FIVE SEASONS one week in advance of the date you wish to book them. You can call Five Seasons at 513-469-1400. Courts are $20/half hour and $35/hour.

4 players are selected for each site from the most recent National Standings List of the next lower age division and 28 players are selected for each site from the age division of the event

It is the player’s responsibility to check the selection list(s) after registering online to be sure that a check mark appears beside the player’s name on the list, in order to insure proper registration.
