ALL OF MONDAYS MATCHES WILL BE MOVED TO LEXINGTON TENNIS CLUB, DUE TO THE RAIN. THERE WILL BE COURTS FOR WARM UP PRIOR TO 8AM MATCHES, $$10 OER PERSON. IF YOU ARE PLAYING AT9:30 CHECK AT THE TOURNAMENT DESK AND I WILL SEE IF I CAN FIND YOU COURTS TO WARM UP ON. IF NOT THEN YOU WILL RECEIVE A 10 MINUTE WARM UP BEFORE YOUR MATCH.

If you are still on the alternate list and have not yet contacted me I will need your contact info, if you are still interested in playing. If I do not receive it by the tomorrow morning, Wednesday, 8am I will withdraw your childs name from the alternate list.

Check in will be Friday from 3-5 at University of Kentucky. PLease note we are playing there also!!If you are unable to check in Saturday please call me or email me and let me know you will be coming!!

In the event of rain, we will be using Lexington Tennis Club, 410 Redding Road, Lexington KY, 40517 (PHONE 859-272-4546). If it looks like rain, please look at the website or call the tournament phone for updated information. From UK to Lexington Tennis Club LEFT on Cooper Drive, RIGHT on Tates Creek, 3 Miles – RIGHT on Redding Road, Club is ½ Mile on Left.

Parking is only available in the Parking Structure near the Tennis Complex, free of charge on Saturday, Sunday, Monday. Friday parking is not free. You will be towed or ticketed if you park anywhere else. The tournament will not be held responsible for vehicles towed or ticketed.

Practice courts will be available before 8am at the UK Site.

Kirklevington Park- 4 Courts: Directions from UK: Turn LEFT at the traffic light off of Sports Center Drive onto Cooper Drive. Take Cooper Drive to the traffic light at Tates Creek Road. Turn RIGHT at the traffic light onto Tates Creek Road. Follow Tates Creek Road until you pass the ramp onto New Circle Road. Take the FIRST RIGHT after going under the New Circle Road overpass onto Kirklevington Drive. At the 3-Way stop turn RIGHT onto Redding Road. Kirklevington Park will be on the LEFT.

Shillito Park- 13 Courts: Directions from UK: Turn RIGHT at the traffic light off of Sports Center Drive onto Cooper Drive. Take Cooper Drive to Nicholasville Road (you will pass through one traffic light before the light at Nicholasville Road and Cooper Drive). Turn LEFT onto Nicholasville Road. Follow Nicholasville Road to Reynolds Road. Turn RIGHT onto Reynolds Road (Target will be on your right). Pass through 2 traffic lights. Turn LEFT at the 3rd traffic light (immediately after passing under the railroad track overpass) onto Shillito Park Road. Follow Shillito Park Road until you see the tennis courts on the right.

Ecton Park- 4 Courts: Directions from UK: Turn LEFT at the traffic light off of Sports Center Drive onto Cooper Drive. Take Cooper Drive to the traffic light at Tates Creek Road. Turn RIGHT at the traffic light onto Tates Creek Road. Take the SECOND LEFT off of Tates Creek Road (through a break in the median) onto Turkey Foot Road (there will be brick entrances). Follow Turkey Foot Road all the way until you see Ecton Park on the right.

Woodland Park- 4 Courts: Directions from UK: Turn LEFT at the traffic light off of Sports Center Drive onto Cooper Drive. Take Cooper Drive to the traffic light at Tates Creek Road. Turn LEFT at the traffic light onto Tates Creek Road. Follow Tates Creek Road through 4 traffic lights. The road name will change to East High Street at the 4th traffic light. Continue on East High Street through another traffic light at Clay Avenue. Woodland Park will be on the right. Take a RIGHT onto Kentucky Avenue and IMMEDIATE RIGHT into the Woodland Park parking area.

All players will have to have medical release form filled out before playing. more info

If you are on my alternate list and have been accepted into another event, you need to withdraw from my event.

Players with 100 or more ranking points on the National Standings List of the division of the event used to select players into the tournament, shall be listed at the top of the alternate list in the order their names appear on such National Standings

Players not previously selected or listed with 100 or more ranking points on the National Standings List of the next-younger division used to select players into the tournament shall be listed in the order their names appear on such National Standings List below the first group of players

Players not previously selected or listed shall be listed in the order their names appear on the National Standings List of the division of the event used to select players into the tournament below the second group of players

Players not previously selected or listed shall be listed in the order their names appear on the National Standings List of the next-younger division used to select players into the tournament below the third group of players.

Players that do not appear on either the National Standings List of the division of the event or the next-younger division that were used to select players into the tournament shall be ordered by lot.

Late entrants shall be listed below the timely entrants in the order received. Late entries received at the same time shall be ordered by lot. Late entrants are not ordered by position on the National Standings List
