Player/Parent Meeting Time Change
Players,
All players MUST attend the MANDATORY player/parent meeting on February 23 at 11:00am. The earliest first match times will be immediately following the meeting at 11:30. Schedule warm up courts accordingly with the front desk.
Player will need to fill out a medical release form at this meeting after the release has been filled out and given back to the tournament committee players will recieve their tournament packet which includes: first match time, match card, copy of the singles main draw, singles consolation draw, doubles draw, and tournament tee shirt.

NEW DOUBLES SEEDING POLICY
See attached the new seeding policy for doubles. Essentially it is as it was using a new list.

LEVEL 2 NATIONAL POINTS PER ROUND
TOURNAMENT WILL BE A 32 DRAW SINGLES AND INCLUDE A FEED-IN
CONSOLATION AND A SINGLE EMILINATION 16 DRAW FOR DOUBLES

Main Draw Singles will play two out of three full sets and
Consolation will play a 10-Point Match Tiebreak in lieu of the
third set. Two matches a day for the Main Draw and up to three
matches per day for the Consolation. The FIC Consolation does not
finish and it will stop at the Semi-finals due to the tournament
lasting only three days. Main Draw Doubles will be 8 Game Pro Set
with a 10-point Match Tiebreak at 8 games all
DOUBLES ENTRY AND PARTNERS
Regardless of whether or not you registered for doubles online, we
will accept doubles sign-ups until 8pm the Friday evening prior to
the tournament. Email tournament director to enter. First Round of
Doubles will be played first on Saturday.
MEDICAL RELEASE/WAIVER
Everyone who wishes to play in this tournament that has been
accepted must fill out and sign a Medical Realease/Waiver and
present it to the tournament before they play their first match.

PARENT/PLAYER MEETING

DAYS AFTER ENTRIES CLOSE
USTA NATIONAL PLAYER MULTIPLE ENTRY GUIDELINES FOR:
Players may enter in up to two age divisions of up to four USTA
National Opens when entries close. The TennisLink system will
select players for these divisions in the following order: 18's,
16's, 14 and 12. Players not accepted into a tournament may remain
on the alternate lists of multiple tournaments. However, players on
multiple alternate lists who are accepted into a Tournament must
remove themselves from all alternate lists by notifying the
Tournament Director by email immediately that they wish to be
removed from the alternate list.
SCORING
All Main Draw Singles matches will be full 2/3 sets and all
Consolation matches will play a Matchtiebreak (Supertiebreak) in
lieu of the third set with advantage scoring on all matches. Some
players in the Consolation may be playing up to three matches in a
day. A player will be entitled to a three minute break after
splitting sets and before playing the Matchtiebreak. Tournament
Referee will discuss area where 3-minute breaks will be taken.

PRACTICE/WARM-UP COURTS
Western Reserve Racquet and Fitness Club will have practice
courts available for booking for the rate of $20 for half court per
hour. You will need to pre-pay for the courts with a credit
card. Courts can only be booked 7-days before booked warm-up

FIRST ROUND MATCH TIME REPORT INFORMATION WILL BE AVAILABLE ON
WEDNESDAY BEFORE THE TOURNAMENT START.

Info Report to find out your first match time. Please do not
call the club for your start times, our front desk does not have
them. Players from the same district will not play each other first
round unless an alternate fills a spot or more than half the draw
is from the same district.
