USTA Regional Tournament Segment- July (Philadelphia)

Please review all match updates carefully.

Starting on Monday, all matches will be played at Legacy for the remainder of the tournament.

After a very long hot day of matches, no match will begin before 10:00am. Please check for all updated start times.

Always check draw prior to leaving for matches, becuase of withdrawal, times and position have been adjusted by Referee, as of 4:00pm Friday July 6, 2012

Doubles will start Saturday. July 7th at 5:00PM at all sites.

Please email me with both names and usta numbers of doubles teams. All players participating in doubles have until Saturday July 7th 12:00 noon to register for doubles with a partner. If you already emailed me who you would like to play with, your team is set. If I do not hear from you by the deadline, you will not be included in the draw. To find out which players are available, go to competitors, doubles. Also, if you emailed me and you do not see your pairing, please email me immediately to make sure you and your partner gets included.

Registration for all players will be held on Friday, July 6th, between 5:30 and 7:00 PM at the Legacy Youth Tennis and Education Center, 4842 Ridge Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19129. There is a mandatory 8AM meeting on Saturday for all players that are not registered. IF YOU ATTEND REGISTRATION ON FRIDAY YOU DO NOT HAVE TO COME TO THE 8AM MEETING SATURDAY.

Practice courts will be available Friday July 6th from 4:00pm to 7:00pm. To make reservations for practice courts, please call (215) 487-9555. The cost is $20.00 per hour. Payment must be made when courts are booked. There are no refunds if you do not make your scheduled appointment. Courts are available on a first come first serve bassis. Saturday morning at 7:00am half courts will be available free of charge for 20 minute intervals. Courts are on a first come first serve basis. Mo coaches or parents are allowed on the courts with players for Liability reasons. If a hitting coach is needed, I can provide you with one for $50 per hour. Email me your request.
