SUNDAY DOUBLES
Semi final doubles will be scheduled based on player availability. Please check the draws at approximately 11a for updates.

*****IMPORTANT INDOOR COURT/PRACTICE COURT UPDATE PLEASE READ*****
Due to poor curing conditions during resurfacing the indoor courts at Baseline Tennis Center will not be available for practice during the tournament. One outdoor practice/warm-up court will be made available through the first round of the event. That court can be used by checking in with the tournament desk, and you may be asked to use half a court and potentially share half of the court with another player. Sunday outdoor practice courts will be available from 7-9a and can be reserved after the first round of doubles play on Saturday evening.

TENTATIVE TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE
Day 1 will consist of two rounds of singles (either 2 main draw or 1 main draw and 1 consolation match) and 2 rounds of doubles (single elimination).
Day 2 will consist of two rounds of singles and two rounds of consolation singles with 1 round of doubles (semi-finals).
Day 3 will consist of one round of main draw singles (Finals and 3rd place), two rounds of consolation singles (no consolation final is played) and one round of doubles (Finals and 3rd place) matches.
Day 3's match times will be dependent on the first two days' results and player availability. Draws will be updated as available on Sunday to assist with travel arrangements.

MONDAY SCHEDULE
Monday's singles schedule will be released after the completion of Sunday's singles matches. Monday's doubles schedule will be released after copmletion of Sunday's doubles. Play will begin on Monday at 9AM.

PLAYING MATCHES EARLY
If all players agree, we can play Monday singles or doubles matches late Sunday. Provided players and courts are available.

4 players are selected for each site from the most recent National Standings List of the next lower age division and 28 players are selected for each site from the age division of the event
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, August 2, 2012 11:59:00 AM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
