Notes
The Lincolnshire Club has hosted several National and Midwest
level tournaments in the past several years, including the Girls 16
Midwest Indoor Championships, the B14 March Designated Series, and
the Girls 12 Fall Midwest Closed Championships. The Lincolnshire
Club has a sister club located in the neighboring community of
Libertyville. Between the two clubs we have 11 indoor courts
available for tournament play. The Lincolnshire Club is easily
accessible via Chicago-O'Hare airport and transportation is
available. There are numerous hotels located near the tennis clubs
who have offered us discounted rates for our tournament
participants. We have set up a block of rooms at The Lincolnshire
Marriott Resort. The rate per night will be $89. If booking please
mention US Team Nationals and you will receive this rate. Our club
has a history of providing gifts to players such as sweatshirts,
t-shirts, and hats. We also provide nutritious snacks such as fruit
to all competitors throughout the tournament. On-site stringing is
available during the tournament. We offer discounts in our pro
shops and also discounts at local businesses such as restaurants.
We are able to provide USTA-trained officials for on-court
supervision throughout the tournament including a USTA-trained
Referee. Our tournament staff is experienced at running National
and Midwest level events. We are very experienced using TDM
software, creating draws, handling alternates and substitutions,
and score reporting. We believe that the The Lincolnshire Club
would be an excellent host for the USTA National Opens.
