LEVEL 2 NATIONAL POINTS PER ROUND
TOURNAMENT WILL BE A 32 DRAW SINGLES AND INCLUDE A
FEED-IN CONSOLATION AND A SINGLE EMILINATION 16 DRAW FOR DOUBLES
.
Main Draw Singles will play two out of three full sets and
Consolation will play a 10-Point Match Tiebreak in lieu of the
third set. Two matches a day for the Main Draw and up to three
matches per day for the Consolation. The FIC Consolation does not
finish and it will stop at the Semi-finals due to the tournament
lasting only three days. Main Draw Doubles will be 8 Game Pro Set
with a 10-point Match Tiebreak at 8 games all
DOUBLES ENTRY AND PARTNERS
Regardless of whether or not you registered for doubles online, we
will accept doubles sign-ups until 8pm the Friday evening prior to
the tournament. Email tournament director to enter. First Round of
Doubles will be played first on Saturday.
MEDICAL RELEASE/WAIVER
Everyone who wishes to play in this tournament that has been
accepted must fill out and sign a Medical Realease/Waiver and
present it to the tournament before they play their first match.

PARENT/PLAYER MEETING
9am Saturday Morning will be the PARENT/PLAYER MEETING. Everyone
should attend. Please bring medical release forms at that time.
PLAYER SELECTION AND NUMBERED ALTERNATE LIST WILL
BE POSTED 5 DAYS AFTER ENTRIES CLOSE
USTA NATIONAL PLAYER MULTIPLE ENTRY GUIDELINES
FOR:
Players may enter in up to two age divisions of up to four USTA
National Opens when entries close. The TennisLink system will
select players for these divisions in the following order: 18's,
16's, 14 and 12. Players not accepted into a tournament may remain
on the alternate lists of multiple tournaments. However, players on
multiple alternate lists who are accepted into a Tournament must
remove themselves from all alternate lists by notifying the
Tournament Director by email immediately that they wish to be
removed from the alternate list.
SCORING
All Main Draw Singles matches will be full 2/3
sets and all Consolation matches will play a Matchtiebreak
(Supertiebreak) in lieu of the third set with advantage scoring on
all matches. Some players in the Consolation may be playing up to
three matches in a day. A player will be entitled to a three minute
break after splitting sets and before playing the Matchtiebreak.
Tournament Referee will discuss area where 3-minute breaks will be
taken. Doubles will be an 8 game pro set with a 10-Point Match
Tiebreak at 8-games all

PRACTICE/WARM-UP COURTS
Western Reserve Racquet and Fitness Club will have practice
courts available for booking for the rate of $20 for half court per
hour. You will need to pre-pay for the courts with a credit
card. Courts can only be booked 7-days before booked warm-up

Please do not call the club for your start times,
our front desk does not have them. Players from the same district
will not play each other first round unless an alternate fills a
spot or more than half the draw is from the same district.

DIRECTIONS TO THE CLUB
11013 Aurora-Hudson road is located right off the i480. Take the
frost road exit. Left on frost from i480 East, left onto
Aurora-Hudson road, Club is the red building at the end of the
road
WE CANNOT CONTACT YOU UNLESS YOU PROVIDE US YOUR
TELEPHONE NUMBERS AND YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS.
The USTA Legal Department has determined that they cannot provide
contact information to tournament directors unless the customer
provides the contact information during the registration process.
Previously the home phone number and email address were pre-filled
from the USTA Membership database when a player went through the
online registration process. The pre-fill was removed due to
privacy concerns. If you don't provide an email address and/or
telephone number when you register for this tournament then we will
be unable to notify you about any possible changes in the
tournament.

Player Selection Type4 players are selected for each site from the most recent National Standings List of the next lower age division and 28 players are selected for each site from the age division of the event
Entry TypeEntry to this tournament is restricted. To see how entrants will be selected, follow the “Selection Process” link to the left. It is the player’s responsibility to check the selection list(s) after registering online to be sure that a check mark appears beside the player’s name on the list, in order to insure proper registration. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, January 26, 2012 11:59:00 AM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
