We are on schedule for all matches today, Tuesday, July 10th. Doubles matches will follow all singles, unless the doubles players are no longer in singles. If conditions change, I will update this site asap. Otherwise, we will see you at 8:30.

In the event the tournament experiences inclement weather please follow these helpful instructions.
For the most up-to-the minute tournament messages, follow me on TWITTER at http://twitter.com/catadirector. In addition, I routinely (every 1 to 1 1/2 hours) update this website with details about weather delays, and when play is anticipated to resume. If you do not have internet access readily available to you, your hotels generally do in their business centers. Please use their internet services to access our tournament homepage for updates. This will help you know when to return to your site for match play and help the tournament run more smoothly by reducing unnecessary phone calls. more info

These court are first come, first serve so please do not give the public a difficult time if they are using the courts. They have rights to use these courts as well. The courts can be found at 4100 Westbank, Austin, TX 78746

Our tournament software will not allow me to hide the date of the Qualifying Tournament or allow me to show match play is on Friday, which is outside the "sanctioned dates" for this event. PLEASE KNOW.....ALL QUALIFYING TOURNAMENT MATCHES ARE PLAYED ON FRIDAY AT THE WILD CARD SITE, WHICH IS ALSO known as ST. STEPHEN'S TENNIS ACADEMY. An entry fee of $25 payable by CHECK ONLY MUST BE PAID PRIOR TO YOUR FIRST ROUND MATCH. Check may be made payable to Carlos Di Laura. Check in for QT no later than 11:45 a.m. FRIDAY, JULY 6TH.

Due to lateness of singles match play, we will only play 1 round of doubles tonight. All others will be rescheduled for tomorrow. Check online for your updated match times for doubles tomorrow.

The United States Tennis Association requires a signed medical release covering all entrants in national USTA events. The release must be signed by the entrant and parent or guardian of any entrant who is a minor. Please complete the USTA/Medical Release Form and bring with you to tournament registration. This form MUST be submitted prior to match play. more info

Courts are soaked. No matches before 9:30 a.m.

Courts are being cleared of water but we do not anticipate match play before 10:00 a.m. All 8:30 matches report no later than 10:00 .m. 9:30 matches (excluding Nowamooz and Stephens) report no later than 11:00 a.m. All other matches report one hour later than originally scheduled.

If you have a 10:00 match today, you'd need to check in no later than 11:00 If you're match time is at 1:00 pm, you'd need to check in no later than 2pm today etc.....

Parents, Players, and Coaches Please be certain to check and RE-check ALL draws. Changes are common up to tournament start.

MAIN DRAW: Main draw matches will play the best of 3 full sets with a MANDATORY 10-MINUTE REST PERIOD between 2nd and 3rd sets. 3/4 place playoff
FEED-IN CONSOLATION: A 10-point deciding match tie-break will be played in lieu of the 3rd and final set, with an authorized 3-minute rest period allowed for brief coaching. The FIC draw will play through the Semi-final round only. No final round will be played in any FIC draws
DOUBLES: 8-game pro set with a 10-point deciding match tie-break at 8-games all. 3/4 place playoff.
Singles: 64-player draw (FIC through the SEMI's. 3/4 place playoff, with 2 wild card spots, if needed. Doubles: 32-player draw, single elimination.

ST. STEPHEN'S TENNIS ACADEMY: (SS on DRAWS) NEW ADDRESS FOR ST. STEPHEN'S: 6500 ST. STEPHEN'S DR., AUSTIN, TX 78746 Heading South on Hwy 360 (also known as Capital of Texas Highway)...go over RED suspension bridge over Lake Austin, go straight and take a RIGHT onto Westlake Drive (light). Follow this road straight to the 2nd right, where you will see the SS guard station. Take a right and check in at the guard station/post. Follow road straight until you end at SS Clayton gymnasium. You MUST park at the gymnasium and walk past the track and field and up to the courts. Be prepared for a short somewhat uphill hike so be sure to take everything you need with you...you won't want to make several trips back and forth to your cars. Bring plenty of water and snacks with you for your match.
Heading North on Hwy 360, take a left onto Westlake Dr. and follow same directions noted above.
LOST CREEK COUNTRY CLUB: (LCCC on DRAWS) (512) 892-0173 2612 Lost Creek Blvd., Austin, TX 78746 Heading South on Hwy 360 (also known as Capital of Texas Highway) follow it about 6-7 miles past the RED Suspension Bridge. Take a RIGHT onto Lost Creek Blvd (it's at a light). Follow this road through the neighborhood (going the speed limit, they give tickets) until you go over the creek's bridge and take an immediate RIGHT just past the bridge. Follow the road to the courts.
