The draws will be available at registration and will be uploaded at the close of registration Friday evening.

Doubles play will begin Saturday morning at Sunset Tennis Center. We will run 2 rounds of doubles - scoring is an 8 game pro set with the 10 point tiebreaker played at 8-8. Doubles is single elimination. Singles main draw play is best 2 of 3 sets, ad scoring, with a 10 minute break between 2nd and 3rd set, should the players split sets, and a full 3rd set played. We will run a full feed in consolation for singles. Scoring is best 2 of 3 sets, ad scoring, with a 10 point tiebreaker played after a 3 minute break in lieu of a 3rd set. We will run 2 main draw singles and one consolation singles also on Saturday.

There will be a registration held Friday, October 26 between 6:00 and 8:00 PM, for those players who are in town and available. The registration will be at THE HOST HOTEL --- HOLIDAY INN SOUTH COUNTY CENTER. IF YOU CANNOT REGISTER IN PERSON, YOU MUST PHONE REGISTER AFTER 7:00 PM, BY CALLING 314-892-3600, AND ASKING FOR THE TOURNAMENT REGISTRATION DESK. YOU MAY BOOK A PRACTICE TIME FOR SATURDAY WHEN YOU REGISTER.

We begin play with doubles for ALL age/gender divisions. We will run 2 rounds of doubles, then begin singles play. Doubles scoring is an 8 game pro set. It is IMPERATIVE that we know who your doubles partner is. It is equally important if you want us to get you a doubles partner. We will confirm all teams at registration Friday evening, October 26. We are using 3 sites for the tournament. Players may reserve courts for practice before the tournament. The main site is SUNSET TENNIS CENTER, 10911 Gravois Industrial Court, St Louis, MO 63128, Phone 314-849-2327, RATE --- $28.00 PER COURT HOUR. Site 2 is KINGS POINT, 7645 Magna Drive, Belleville, IL, Phone 618-277-7715, RATE --- $28 PER COURT HOUR. Site 3 is CREVE COEUR RACQUET CLUB, 12691 Conway Road, St Louis, MO 63141, Phone 314-434-0344 --- RATE $28 PER COURT HOUR. ONCE THE TOURNAMENT BEGINS ON SATURDAY, OCTOBER 27, all courts at Sunset are available from 7:00 - 8:00 AM at no cost to the players.

Withdrawals MUST be in writing. There will be no refunds for withdrawals after the entry deadline.

Each draw is a 32 singles draw with a full feed in consolation. Each doubles draw will have 16 teams and will be singles elimination. Selection will be done following the USTA Rules and Regulations for Regional Tournaments. 6 will be selected from the younger age division using the NSL's and the remaining 26 will be selected from the age of each division using the NSL's. Selection will be done using the same program used for selection in the National Opens.
