The MAIN location for the B/G 12's National will be the Hotel Claremont formerly know as THE RAMADA TENNIS CLUB. The address is 840 S. Indian Hill Blvd., Claremont, CA 91711. We will also be using The Claremont Club 1776 Monte Vista Ave. Claremont, CA. 91711. WE WILL NOT BE USING THE UPLAND TENNIS CLUB AT ALL. RTC on the draw is Ramada Tennis Club. CTC is Claremont Tennis Club. All questions call Steve @ 951-235-3285.

Tournament Hotel
The Tournament Hotel has provided a link for all players looking for hotel rooms. The alternate hotel would be Hotel Claremont where the tournament is going to be held. Please ask for Karla Pierre when calling the Sheraton.

Medical Release form
All players must have a medical release form signed by the parents prior to their first match. Players traveling with coaches only MUST HAVE THE PARENTS SIGN THE RELEASE FORM, and bring it with them. NO EXCEPTIONS.

doubles sign-up
Doubles will start Sat. afternoon. we will be taking sign-ups at the tournament desk till 1 p.m. Sat for those who don't have a partner.. If you know who you want to play with, e-mail me and I will pair you up in advance.

Practice courts
Practaice courts will be available at the MAIN SITE Hotel Claremont on Friday from 12-6 p.m. There will be NO PRACTICE COURTS during the tournament at the Main Site, but there are practice courts available @ Indian Hill Blvd. & Scripps Dr. in Claremont. It is behind Claremont High School which is located at 1601 N. Indian Hill Blvd.

Lunch
Lunch will be served at the MAIN SITE on Saturday from 11-2 p.m. Lunch will consist of a sandwich, chips, cookie and a drink.

This event is restricted to the following Jr. players: U.S. Citizens; Permanent Resident Aliens; Diplomats, Refugees/Asylees; CTA. Refer to USTA Regulation III.A.2a.

4 players are selected for each site from the most recent National Standings List of the next lower age division and 28 players are selected for each site from the age division of the event
Entry to this tournament is restricted. To see how entrants will be selected, follow the “Selection Process” link to the left. It is the player’s responsibility to check the selection list(s) after registering online to be sure that a check mark appears beside the player’s name on the list, in order to insure proper registration. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, April 19, 2012 11:59:00 AM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
