Onsite Alternates
If you want to be an onsite alternate, please call Tournament Director, Bruce Caton, at 850-324-3767 for details. Essentially, you must be checked in and on site 15 minutes before the first match of the first round of your division. Boys 18 and Girls 14 start at 8:30 AM Friday, November 23 and the Girls 18 start at 10:00 AM

HOST HOTEL
Hampton Inn Airport is the host hotel for our tournament. It is located less than a mile from Roger Scott Tennis Center. The tourney rate is $114, but to get this rate, you must call the hotel directly at 850-478-1123. Please mention the code NAT.

Player Check-In
Player check-in will be between 4 and 8PM on Thursday, November 22, 2012 at Roger Scott Tennis Center.

DOUBLES PARTNERS
All players should have their doubles partners and get those names to the tournament committee either by phone or email by 8PM Thursday evening November 22. Boys and Girls 18 and Girls 14 divisions will play one round of doubles on Friday after two rounds of singles.Players may look at the Competitor List online and select their doubles division to see who is paired up and who needs a partner.

COURT SURFACES
All Boys and Girls 18s matches will be played on Hard courts, and all Girls 14s matches will be on Clay courts.

Tournament Balls
The official tournament ball for the Boys and Girls 18 is the Wilson US Open Extra Duty ball. For the Girls 14 the official ball is the Wilson US Open Regular Duty ball. New balls will be supplied for the third set of main draw singles matches.

This event is restricted to the following Jr. players: U.S. Citizens; Permanent Resident Aliens; Diplomats, Refugees/Asylees; CTA. Refer to USTA Regulation III.A.2a.

4 players are selected for each site from the most recent National Standings List of the next lower age division and 28 players are selected for each site from the age division of the event

It is the player’s responsibility to check the selection list(s) after registering online to be sure that a check mark appears beside the player’s name on the list, in order to insure proper registration. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, October 25, 2012 11:59:00 AM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
