MATCH FORMAT FOR SUNDAY MATCHES
ALL WE WILL BE PLAYING A SHORTENED MATCH FORMAT FOR ALL OF SUNDAY MATCHES. THIS WILL ALLOW THE OPPORTUNITY TO PLAY MULTIPLE MATCHES AND COMPLETE OUR SCHEDULE ON TOMORROW. PLEASE ARRIVE AHEAD OF YOUR SCHEDULED MATCH TIME!! SMAC WILL PROVIDE LUNCH FOR ALL PLAYERS ON SUNDAY AFTERNOON. WE APPRECIATE EVERYONE'S PATIENCE AS WE DEAL WITH THE CHALLENGES PRESENTED BY THE RAIN OUT.
THOSE INDIVIDUALS PLAYING IN 2 SINGLES DIVISIONS, UNFORTUNATELY WE COULDN'T ACCOMODATE THE SCHEDULE TO AUTOMATICALLY PREVENT A SCHEDULING CONFLICT. THEREFORE, IF YOU ARE FACED WITH A SCHEDULING CONFLICT YOU WILL HAVE TO CHOOSE WHICH DIVISION YOU WANT TO PLAY AND FORFEIT THE OTHER. HOWEVER, FOR THIS INCONVIENENCE SMAC WILL PROVIDE THOSE AFFECTED PLAYERS WITH A FREE ENTRY INTO OUR NEXT TOURNAMENT FOR THE DIVISION YOU FORFEIT. THIS IS FOR PLAYERS WHO HAVE TWO MATCHES SCHEDULED AT THE SAME TIME.

REFUND POLICY
Due to the fixed costs associated with hosting a tournament no refunds will be given once registration closes. In the case of inclement weather we will attempt to reschedule matches, however we will be unable to refund any entry fees.

Notes
Welcome to another SMAC Tennis Event. This event will be held at
the Sugar Creek Tennis Center. Get ready for another enjoyable SMAC
event and earn qualifying points to the annual KIA Tournament of
Champions.
This is a KIA Motors Tournament of Champions (TOC) Qualifying
Event, an NTRP tournament series culminating in the KIA Motors
Tournament of Champions in August. All eligible Georgia players are
encouraged to register for the TOC. Your credit card will not be
charged until the tournament director selects you. The top 16 mens
and womens OPEN divisions and NTRP singles and doubles teams (2.5 -
4.5) will be selected from the USTA Georgia standings as of the
early August qualifying date. If draws do not fill, players may be
added to fill the draw who do not have a USTA Georgia standing.
Seeding will be based on the most current USTA Georgia
standings.
