Doubles Information
Doubles registration will ONLY be taken on Saturday, July 7th between 7:30am-12pm at the following locations: 
 
Boys’ 12s - Bill Barber CP
Boys’ 14s - Heritage CP
Girls’ 12s - Lower Peter's Canyon CP or Northwood HS
Girls’ 14s - Woodbridge South Lake or University HS
Girls’ 16s - Woodbridge High School
Girls’ 18s - Woodbridge South Lake
 
Even if you are currently registered online as in the doubles, you still need to register at the time listed above.  Do not send in doubles' requests via e-mail to the tournament director or referee.  Players can register for doubles without a partner.  After the doubles registration deadline, all players who register without a partner will be paired up with others on the list of players looking for partners list.
 
If you want to register for doubles and you are a singles alternate who did not get into the singles draw or doubles walk-on entrant, you need to pay the registration fee in order to play in the doubles draw.
 
The guidelines to for doubles registration and acceptance into the draw are as follows:
The following players are eligible to enter the doubles event:
 
- Singles players
- Singles alternates
- Doubles walk-on entrants who did not enter singles
A player may not enter one division in singles and a different division in doubles at sites where two divisions are held.   NO other players are eligible to play doubles.
 
The Tournament shall accept doubles teams into the doubles event in the following order:
- All teams comprising two players in the singles draw shall be selected.
- Teams comprising one player in the singles draw and one player not in the singles draw. If more than the maximum number of entries is received, selection order is based on combined standings and combined doubles ranking points, except that no team comprised of a Late Applicant shall be selected before a team comprised of timely applicants.
- Teams comprising two players not in the singles draw. If more than the maximum number of entries is received, selection order is based on combined standings and combined doubles ranking points, except that no team comprised of a Late Applicant shall be selected before a team comprised of timely applicants.
- Walk-on doubles teams.  If more than the maximum number of entries is received, selection order is based on combined standings and combined doubles ranking points, except that no team comprised of a Late Applicant shall be selected before a team comprised of timely applicants.
For the purpose of determining selection of teams, below is the process of calculating combined standings and combined points:
 
A team's combined standing is determined as follows: Player A holds the #200 standing and Player B hold the #201 standing.  The Team of A&B would have the combined standing of 402.
 
Combined Doubles Ranking Point are determined as follows: Player A has 25 doubles ranking points and Player B has 10 doubles ranking points.  The Team of AB would have combined doubles ranking points of 35.
