All Players must turn in a signed USTA medical waiver and a signed Claremont Club waiver at player check-in before their first match. Check in will be open from 7:30am-12noon on Saturday. All players MUST check -in during this time. The first matches won't be scheduled prior to 9am. Please leave enough time to check-in prior to your first match.

Once the selecton process has been completed All PLAYERS who wish to play doubles MUST e-mail barry@claremontclub.com. The doubles sign-up closes Friday October 26,2012 at 10am pacific time. You must e-mail Barry by this time to be included in the doubles draw. This includes players who have already registered on line. Their will be no on site doubles sign-up. Players who already have partners must have both players e-mail separately to verify their partners. Players who do not have a partner and still wish to play doubles should also e-mail stating that they wish to play but need a partner. The tournament committee will attempt to pair these players, but can not guarantee they will find everyone a partner. The first round of doubles will be scheduled for Saturday after singles.

Any girls on the alternate list wishing to be an on site alternate must be signed in at the Claremont Club by 8:45am Saturday October 27,2012. Any boy on teh alternate list wishing to be an on site alternate must be signed in at the Claremont Club by 9:30am Saturday October 27, 2012. The priority for on site alternates is the same order as the current alternate lists.

The Sheraton Ontario Airport Hotel is the designated tournament hotel. A special rate of $84.00/night for single or double occupancy, $94 for triple, and $104 for quad. This rate include a full American breakfast buffet. Mention you are with the Regional level III event at the Claremont Club to receive the special rate. Reservations should be made by October 15, 2012. phone # 909 937-8000. The hotel is located at 429 N. Vineyard Ave, Ontario CA, 91764. This is approximately 10 minutes from the Claremont Club. Free shuttle service is available between the hotel and the Claremont Club.

All SINGLES matches will be the best 3 tiebreak sets with a 10 point match tie breaker in lieu of a 3rd set. All DOUBLES matches will be an 8 game pro set with a 10-point match Tiebreaker at 8 games all.

Ontario International airport is definitely the closest and most convenient airport. It is just over 10 minutes from the club. Lax is approximately 50 miles from the club and will take approximately 1 hour with out traffic.
