DOUBLES - IMPORTANT!
ALL PLAYERS wishing to play doubles must EMAIL ME BY 7 PM FRIDAY, February 24th. SIGNING UP FOR DOUBLES ONLINE DOES NOT GUARENTEE YOU A SPOT IN THE DRAW! YOU DO NOT HAVE TO SIGN UP FOR DOUBLES ONLINE AS I DO NOT USE THAT FOR THE FINAL TEAMS. I WANT YOU TO EMAIL ME YOUR DOUBLES PARTNER IF YOU KNOW WHO IT IS ASAP. I WILL DO THE DOUBLES DRAWS AT 7 PM FRIDAY FEBRUARY 24TH. AFTER THAT IT'S TOO LATE TO GET IN. if you need a partner, sign up and we will help to match you with another person who needs a partner. All doubles matches are an 8 game pro set with a match tie-breaker at 8-8. it is not the responsibility of the tournament to match a player with a partner, but we will do our best to help.

Medical Release/Wavier
Everyone who wishes to play in this tournament that has been accepted must fill out and sign a Medical Realease/Waiver and present it to the tournament before they play their first match. Click on "more info" to print out a copy.

Check-in
Players are required to check-in 1/2 hour before their scheduled match time at the location stated on the draw.

On-Site Alternate
If you want to show up as an on-site alternate, Boys must show up at Lakewood Tennis Center 1/2 hour before the first boys match starts. The girls must show up at Lakewood Tennis Center 1/2 hour before the first Girls match starts. Sign in and we will take players by order of the national standing list (Players who are already on the alternate list have priority over players who are not.)

Long Beach Airport is 1.9 Miles from Lakewood courts, Los Angeles Airport is 22.0 Miles & Orange County (John Wayne) is 23.6 Miles. If you can get a flight into Long Beach Airport that would be the best. El Dorado Park Tennis Center is about 4.9 miles from Lakewood Tennis Center

REFUNDS
Refund of Entry Fees. The Tournament Committee is only required to refund a player’s entry fee if:
• the entry is not accepted or
• the withdrawal is for previously authorized entry into another tournament.
In all other cases (such as withdrawals for illness, injury or personal circumstances), a refund is not required.

Draws
The draws will be posted on Friday February 24th. We do NOT take time requests. You must be available to play at any time during the tournament dates.

This event is restricted to the following Jr. players: U.S. Citizens; Permanent Resident Aliens; Diplomats, Refugees/Asylees; CTA. Refer to USTA Regulation III.A.2a.

4 players are selected for each site from the most recent National Standings List of the next lower age division and 28 players are selected for each site from the age division of the event

It is the player’s responsibility to check the selection list(s) after registering online to be sure that a check mark appears beside the player’s name on the list, in order to insure proper registration. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, January 26, 2012 11:59:00 AM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
