About the Tournament
ATC's Relative Roundup is a fun doubles tournament for any combination of relatives, any level. The tournament is a one day event (June 15 reserved for large draws), 8-game proset format (no ad), and everyone is guaranteed at least two matches! We will have trophies for the winners in each division. Come have some Lone Star fun in Arlington!

USTA Membership is required for on-line registration. Please check your USTA membership information before regisering. Non members should enter directly with the tournament diretor at atc@arlingtontx.gov.

Entering the Tournament
The entry fee is $36 per team ($18 per person) for both on-line and mailed / faxed entries. Enter on line, mail entries to ATC Relative Roundup, 500 W. Mayfield Rd., Arlington, TX 76014 (must be in hands of TD by deadline), or fax entries to ATC Relative Roundup, 817-557-5684. Check Competitor list for confirmation of mailed / faxed entries.

Deadline
THE DEADLINE FOR THIS TOURNAMENT IS HIGH NOON ON MONDAY, MAY 4. If you are in doubt about your entry, check the Applicant and Competitor lists.

Seeding and Format
No seeding will be done for this tournament. Everybody plays! The format will be 8-game prosets, no ad scoring, with first match loser consolation, or round robins for smaller draws.

Draws
Draws are computerized, but an effort will be made to separate players from the same town when possible AND when the information is available to the Tournament Director. Draws will be posted Tuesday, Friday, May 8, by 1:00 PM.

Advance Planning
- Spectators are not allowed on courts at any time.
- No pets are allowed in the ATC proshop/building or inside the fenced area around the courts.
- Smoking is not allowed in the proshop/building or inside fenced areas.
- Alcoholic beverages are prohibited on the property (including the parking lot).

Water on Courts
Water coolers are not on placed on ATC courts. However, free cups are available in the proshop, and a commercial ice machine and water fountain are located on the west patio. In addition, players are welcome to purchase bottled water, fountain drinks, sports drinks and juices in the proshop. Players may also bring their own water jugs on court.

Dress Code
- We ask that all players and spectators wear traditional attire appropriate for a family tennis environment.
- All guests (players and spectators) are required to wear shirts (including ladies wearing shirts over sports bras), and no bare stomachs / abdomens.
- Shorts and skirts should be of an appropriate length, as well.
