Match Formats and Scheduling

Singles – Best 2 of 3 sets, regular scoring. Doubles – 8-game Pro-Sets, regular scoring. A backdraw will be available for all first and second round losers. Indoor courts are available in the event of inclement weather. Match formats are subject to change if inclement weather occurs to insure the event is completed during the USTA sanctioned tournament dates. All Singles players should be prepared to play as many as 2 matches on Friday, starting at 9AM. All Doubles players should be prepared for one match on Friday. The number of matches will be determined based on sign-up.

Seeding and Seeding Appeals

Seeding will be done based on 1) ATP wins 2) College status and men’s open 3) Juniors. Preliminary seeding will be published by 1 PM on Thursday. Any seeding appeals must be submitted prior to 8 PM. Final seeding will be posted at 8 PM.

Draws and Match Times

Draws and match times will be published online by 8pm Thursday September 28th.

Collegiate Players

College participants can claim expenses per NCAA rules. Amateur forms and NCAA policies will be provided.

CONSOLATION ROUND

All matches on Saturday for the Consolation round will be 8 Game Pro Sets. All matches on Sunday are 2 out of 3 with 10 point breakers for the third.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.

Entry Type

Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members, however, acceptance to the events is by Tournament Director selection only. Only USTA members can register online if available.
