Scheduling Conflicts
Players entering the tournament must play according to our schedule, we do not guarantee any allowances for time problems that are non-emergency related. Players need to leave both weekends open to play the tournament. Any player who enters two concurrent tournaments need written approval from both tournament directors or point penalties will be assessed.

Prize Money:
Prize money will only be awarded to the Open Men's & Women's singles winners and finalistst (75% of the entry income from those events minus any tournament expenses). Draws larger then 48 players will have prize money distributed to the semifinalist as well. Events with a draw of less than eight will not be awarded prize money. Please note the acceptance of prize money affects amateur status and NCAA rules.

Parking
During the Semi and finals (second weekend) valet parking will be provided to NBTC members and finalists of the tournament.

Dress Code
Our participating hosting clubs require all players to wear proper tennis attire. This includes no black-soled shoes or T-shirts. Failure to comply with this policy can result in a default. Palisades Tennis Club requires male players to wear COLLARED shirts.

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Sunday, May 16, 2010 9:59:00 PM Pacific Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
