Common Issues after Updating TDM to the newest version:

Problem:You have updated TDM and are at the Login Screen. After entering your Login ID and Password,
you click “Login” and receive an error message regarding an invalid License/Registration. When you click “Ok”,
nothing happens and you are taken back to the login screen.
Solution: Check the “Login Anonymously” box. Click Login to get into TDM. Go to Help > TDM License/Registration.
Fill out all of the appropriate information. After you have been prompted that you have successfully Licensed/Registered TDM,
click “Ok” and close TDM. Re-open TDM. Uncheck the “Login Anonymously”. Login normally.

Problem: You have updated TDM and are at the Login Screen. After entering your Login ID and Password,
you click “Login” and receive the following error message: “Invalid License/Registration information. Please license/register your copy
of TDM by clicking on the Help menu and TDM License/Registration”. When you click “Ok”, you are taken into TDM, but are showing as
“Disconnected” from the TennisLink server in the bottom right-hand corner of TDM.
Solution: Go to Help > TDM License/Registration. Fill out all of the appropriate information. After you have been prompted
that you have successfully Licensed/Registered TDM, click “Ok”. You should now be “Connected” to the TennisLink server.

Problem: You try to run a report in TDM and receive an error message.
