You can therefore skip these steps. To find out if the .Net Framework is on your machine: Go to Control Panel, click on Programs
and Features and click on Turn Windows features on or off. A new box will come up in the middle of the screen.
Scroll down to the Microsoft.NET Framework 3.5.1. Click the plus sign to open it up.
Check both boxes that appear there (i.e. Windows Communication Foundation HTTP Activation and Windows Communication Foundation Non-HTTP Activation).
There will now automatically be a check mark in the Microsoft.NET Framework 3.5.1. Click ok.
