Final results are in! Record breaking tournament!
First of all I would like to thank all participants for joining us for what was a record breaking tournament. We had a 100 players entered in the singles, 31 doubles teams and 113 total players! When the final ball was struck it was Sal Castillo winning the singles gold ball, Geoff Martinez the silver and Ross Persons the bronze over Kurt Chan. Hats off to all four players as they were willing to stay an extra day to play out the matches on Monday due to the cancellation of matches on Saturday because of weather. In the doubles it was our own Head Professional Randy Houston and his partner Randy Berg taking home the gold, Sal Castillo and Bob Levine the silver, Robert Millsop and Bruce Nichols the bronze over Rollin Rhone and Andrew Stanley. I wish all of you the very best both on and off the courts and will hope to see you in next year's event! Tom Fey, Director of Tennis, Indian Wells Tennis Garden
