General Tournament Info (Courts, practice, weather, etc)
This tournament is USTA sanctioned and is a Category 2 National ranking tournament. ... As this is a Category 2 tournament, the 3rd/4th playoff is REQUIRED in all divisions. ... The tournament will be held on 14 outdoor hard courts. An additional fee will apply if matches are moved indoors due to inclement weather.... Practice courts are available at no charge all day on Friday 'til play begins. Courts will not be available after that time, except off site. ... Must have 3 players to hold any event (we will hold it with 2 if both players agree). ... Players may enter ONE singles, ONE doubles and ONE mixed. ... Scoring format for round robins will be 2 sets and a tie-break to 10 for the third set.

Consolation
First match consolation will be offered for all players in singles & doubles - weather permitting. ... As a courtesy to the other players, notify the tournament desk if you are NOT planning to play consoaltion. ... In a few cases, if there is match overflow, they will be moved to Loose Park or a 2nd site ... There will not be playoffs for losers in QF of large singles draws. ... Consolation times on the draw sheets posted are approximate.

Withdrawal
Any withdrawals (regardless of reason) after the entry deadline will not be refunded. Sorry.

The Draw
The draw will be posted by 3 pm on Wednesday the week of the tournament.

Draws
All singles draws are posted, with the first two rounds of times. The rest of the times will be posted by the end of the day.
Doubles times will also be posted by the end of the day for the 45 mens doubles.
Mixed doubles and Mens 35 doubles is not yet done as I am waiting on a couple people to confirm they are in the tournament. Those should be posted by the end of the day.

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Saturday, September 5, 2009 11:59:00 PM Central Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
