DRAW ERRORS
Please note that the draws for the consolations for the players that lost Wednesday or Thursday are not displaying the player's names. Be assured unless you have indicated otherwise you have a match scheduled for Friday. To find your time you can look at the Future Match Report.

DOUBLES Consolation
Remenber we are playing a First Match Losers Consolation in the doubles. This means that if you lose your first match played in the first or second round you will have the opportunity to play in the consolation. If you choose not to play please let the Referee of Tournament director know so that your opponents do not need to make an unnecessary trip to the tennis site. Thank you.

SINGLES DRAW PUBLISHED
The singles draw and scheduled has been published along with the updated seedings. Thanks to all for providing additional seeding input. After many discussions and research the final seedings have been established. We have an embarrassment of riches with so many fine players in the tournament. We are only allowed 16 seeds. I wish we could seed more.
You can find your first match time easily by looking at the Future Match Info Report which is in alphabetical order.

Doubles Sign up
The doubles sign up has been extended to 10:00 am Tuesday because first time matches won't be played until Tuesday. A few doubles matches may have to be played on Tuesday afternoon.

PRELIMINARY SCHEDULE
The preliminary schedule plan is to play only the first round matches on Monday. All players with a bye will not play there first match until Tuesday. All seeded players will receive a bye. More info by Wednesday.

Singles consolation is a layered consolation. The doubles
consolation is a first-match-losers. All consolation matches will
consist of two sets and a match tiebreak in lieu of a third
set.
No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Saturday, September 19, 2009 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
