DOUBLES PARTNERS
Players searching for a partner for doubles should send an email message to the Tournament Director, Brett Schwartz, at bcschwartz7@yahoo.com. The message should state that you are looking for a doubles partner, your telephon number(s) and should give permission to Brett to pass along your information to others looking for a doubles partner. The tournament cannot give out personal information about players without permission from the player.

Doubles Play
Doubles play will start Sunday, April 5th, after 2:00pm. Deadline for doubles is Sunday, April 5th, at 12:00pm.

FMLC
FMLC- First Match Losers Consolation. This is a consolation draw in which the losers in the first round and those second round losers who advanced to that round by virtue of a bye or a Default are entered into the consolation draw.

Dress Code
Club regulations require collared shirts with sleeves for match play. No t-shirts allowed other than NOLTC t-shirts. Regulation clay court tennis shoes required.

FUN, FUN, FUN
Join us for a night of food, drinks and gaming compliments of Harrah's New Orleans Hotel and Casino on Monday night from 7:00p.m. - 8:30p.m. Sign up to attend at the registration desk at the club when checking in for the tournament.

Player Parties
The club will have tournament parties on Monday and Wednesday nights. ATTIRE FOR THESE EVENTS IS JACKETS REQUIRED FOR GENTLEMEN. NO EXCEPTIONS. The party on Monday night will be held at Harrah's Hotel New Orleans from 7:00p.m. - 8:30p.m.. Each player is entitled to bring one guest at no charge to the party at Harrah's Hotel. Wednesday's party will be held at the Club. There is a charge of $45++ ($58.05) per non-tournament player guest for Wednesday's party at the Club.

Practice Courts
Players arriving prior to the first day of the tournament may use courts at the club to practice beginning on Monday, March 30th. Players should check in at the Pro Shop prior to taking a court. Club rules related to dress code and length of play are in force during practice. CLAY COURT SHOES REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES!

FITNESS CENTER
The Club's Fitness Center is available for visiting tournament players use. Separate shoes from your court shoes must be worn in the Fitness Center. No court shoes are allowed in the Fitness Center, at any time.

Massage Therapy
Appointments for massage therapy are available for tournament players while at the Club. Appointments may be made by phoning the massage therapist at the club by calling 504-899-1572. The cost for massage is $1.00 per minute.

Due to the complications with TDM on 3/27, we will be adding
some players on Monday 3/30 (see following note that was posted on
3/27). As of 3/27 at 11:00 am, players trying to register were
having problems with TDM. At the moment the USTA is trying fix this
problem. Please try to register later in the day. If you still have
a problem, please call the Pro Shop at 504 899-1574 and leave a
message for Brett Schwartz regarding the events you intend to play.
It must be done today, 3/27, as we will not accept late entries

A SATURDAY AND ENDS ON A FRIDAY. THIS IS DUE TO EASTER SUNDAY ON

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Friday, March 27, 2009 9:00:00 PM Central Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
