Sanction:
ALL EVENTS ARE SANCTIONED BY THE USTA. ALL PLAYERS MUST BE CURRENT USTA MEMBERS AND WILL BE REQUIRED TO SHOW THEIR CARD AT THE TOURNAMENT DESK. (USTA MEMBERSHIP MAY BE PURCHASED AT THE TOURNAMENT DESK.)

Players May Play 3 Events - 1 Single, 1 Doubles and 1 Mixed Doubles
Players playing more than 2 events or doubles and mixed doubles may require playing back-to-back matches, and more than one match in an event per day if necessary.

Seniors:
Seniors may be required to play more than one match per day in any event where the draw is larger than 16.
|
|
Default Time:
A 15-minute default time and 5 minute warm-up will be strictly
enforced. Default time starts at match scheduled time.
|
|
USTA rules will govern play, including point penalties.
|
|
All matches will be 2 out of 3 sets
With a 12-point tie break at 6 games all. Regular scoring will be used for all matches, time and court space permitting. Alternative scoring may be required.

Reclassification:
The Tournament Committee reserves the right to re-classify all
players, cancel, and or combine events.
|
|
NO REFUNDS AFTER DRAW IS MADE.
|
|
Mail In Entries:
ALL MAIL IN ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN
SATURDAY, JUNE 27, 2009. Full name of doubles partners must be included on entry. Entire entry fee must accompany entry card or entries will not be entered in the draw.

Draw Sheets:
Draw Sheet will be posted on the internet at www.usta.com Tennis Link by Wednesday, July 1, 2009. The Tournament I.D. number is 651744309.

Notification Cards:
Notification Cards will not be mailed. It is each player’s responsibility to check the internet or call to get your first match time and location. Call (323) 445-8583.

Open Singles Finalists:
Open Singles Finalists receive cash awards, based on size of draw.
Trophy awards will be given to all finalists in all remaining events.
|
No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Saturday, June 27, 2009 11:59:00 PM Pacific Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
