Please continue to check draws for withdrawals and/or schedule changes. PLEASE NOTE: THE FOLLOWING DIVISIONS WILL NEED TO CHECK 2 DRAWS FOR THEIR SCHEDULES. RUTH AND I WANTED TO GIVE THE DRAWS WITH ONLY 2 PLAYERS/TEAMS THE OPPORTUNITY TO GET 2 MATCHES. W 60's Singles please check W 55's also W 50's Singles please check W 45's also Mxd 55's please check 50's also M 60's Doubles please check M 55's also M 80's Singles please check M 75's also If matches are not scheduled they will most likely be played on Sunday. We may not schedule the Sunday matches until Saturday as this can keep you from being scheduled too late on Sunday.This way we can schedule according to players that have advanced in the draws.

Players losing in the 1st round of draws of 8 or more should contact the Tournament Desk if they wish to participate in a consolation event.

Attention Players/Parents: Tournament Players must enter contact information each time they register for a tournament

Due to a new policy from the USTA legal department, tournament directors will no longer have access to phone numbers and email addresses of tournament participants unless the player has entered this information when they register for the tournament. This means that if a player does not enter their phone and email information, a tournament director cannot contact them for any reason, including withdrawals, defaults, byes, rain delays, etc.

The only way to ensure that the tournament director has this information is for the player/parent to enter it when registering. The USTA Southwest Section appreciates all of our player's/parent’s cooperation with this issue so that tournaments can continue to communicate necessary information to you.
